Lovely cabin! The steps to the water which was a mostly sandy area was perfect and while our weather was not always warm, it was warm enough on a few days to get out in the water on our tubes. We caught lots of little fish in buckets right off the steps (and quickly released them). The loons visited daily. We made a trip into town to visit a book store, gift shop, market and went in the other direction to check out Lake Willoughby which was lovely. We walked around the pond and checked out a nature trail and spent lots of time on the deck or reading in the living room with the wonderful views. A relaxing week, highly recommend.

Loon Lodge was perfect for our fall getaway from Louisiana. The sunrise and sunset’s were absolutely spectacular. Our host was very responsive throughout our visit.

Newark pond is a treasure

The loon lodge is a very nice place on a beautiful, quiet lake. We really enjoyed the views, wildlife and serenity of this place.

Honeymoon Getaway

Adorable Cottage

Extremely clean, well decorated and equipped. Terrific amenities which included a canoe, paddle boat and fire pit. Very private and quiet with amazing views.
