Quiet cottage in a quiet neighborhood. Internet and Netflix included. Close to converse and wofford college. Mary black hospital close by. Downtown Spartanburg less than 5 minutes. Shopping center within walking distance. A park close to the house that is perfect for those park lovers. Work space available with desk for all those working from home or travel for work. You will enjoy this quiet space. Note. There a 2 cameras on this property. One at entrance of house and one at back of the property.NO PARTIES, NO PARKING ON STREET, ONLY GUESTS REGISTERED ALLOWED IN PROPERTY, FEE WILL BE CHARGED IF MORE THAN 4 ARE IN PROPERTY, NO PARKING ON GRASS, NO SMOKING ON FRONT OF HOUSE, NO ILLEGAL DRUGS, IF GRILL IS USED MUST LEAVE CLEAN, SMOKING IN THE HOUSE WILL RESULT IN A 500 CLEANING FEE, ANYTHING DAMAGED YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE. TAKE TO BE PLACED ON STREET TO BE PICK UP EVERY THURSDAY NIGHT Or FRIDAY BEFORE 8 am. CHECK IN IS AT 4 PM, CHECK OUT 10 am. RULES ARE PLACED ON KITCHEN COUNTERTOP . NO MUSIC OUTSIDE, quiet time9 pm

This cottage is lovely, exactly as pictured. It's in a lovely neighborhood - close to a park and walkable distance to a grocery store. The host responded immediately to any question I had. I will definitely try to reserve this, again, in my future visits to the area.

Perfect Size, Perfect Spot

Great cottage atmosphere and super clean. Perfect amenities for us to stay the weekend and explore the Spartanburg area! Very responsive owner all throughout the process.

Perfect for that quick visit to see your college student.

Clean, well equipped house. Enjoyed being able to watch the trains. Location was perfect for us. Had a short glitch on check in with entry. Owner responded quickly and situation was resolved.

Living Is Easy

Living is easy at this sweet cottage in a quiet neighborhood in Spartanburg. It has a cottage feel but a definite modern experience. We arrived to a nicely cooled home, a sweet welcome sign, and snacks/drinks/coffee that were greatly appreciated. The front room is inviting to sit and enjoy the scenery out the large front window or watch TV. We were happy to see cardinals and bluejays in the trees out front. Our rooms were welcoming with all the space and comfort that one would want. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pots so we could enjoy a home cooked meal. It was a nice surprise to see a train going by the neighbor's yard. Wasn't too loud at all. Do yourself a favor stay here and skip the hotel experience. Grab a few groceries at one of the local grocery store options. Make dinner, put your feet up, and enjoy easy living.
