Not a good experience. Listing clearly stated there was a double sofa bed in the living room. But upon arrival we discovered the sofa did not convert to a bed. Contacted host who immediately offered to bring over an air mattress. The air mattress, however, necessitated us having to move heavy furniture around including moving some out of the living room into the kitchen. I don’t think the host had time to adequately clean the apartment after the preceding guests. While moving the furniture around, we found empty water bottles, a child’s coloring page, discarded receipts and other trash under and around the furniture. The freezer was not clean; there was grease splattered all over the coffee maker; and there was brown debris on the toilet behind the seat.It is our habit to collect and remove our trash. But when I pulled the bag of trash out of the bathroom trash can, I discovered someone else’s trash thrown loosely in the can beneath the trash bag, including used tissues and a used bar of soap. We definitely left this rental cleaner than we found it.I would not stay here again.

Cozy and welcoming little apartment. Great location, close to a lot, but still quiet and relaxing. The hosts are very nice and quick to respond to any questions. I would definitely recommend.

Good place to stay for the renaissance festival

Stayed here for two nights to see the renaissance festival in Sterling. It was an easy check in/out process. Janet was very responsive if I had a question. Would recommend.

Great hospitality in a great location

Great little apartment... with all your needs! It was close enough to my Dad's for the July 4th weekend. In a great location, so easy to get to main street (Rt. 3). So far, best stocked VRBO I've stayed in! The electronic door locks were so easy... no worries!

Great place to stay!

Great place! This stay was wonderful, place was perfect, cozy, and had everything needed and more. Nice beds and close for our commute and had the option for a clean with fresh linens in between weeks of stay. Never had that as and offer before so definitely was an added bonus. All in all very happy about this stay and would recommend to anyone staying in the area.

Great place less than 30 min from everything

The house was very clean and the entry instructions were simple, it’s a great set up for an extended stay and it’s conveniently located between Oswego and Syracuse. The hosts are very helpful and responsive. If I get an opportunity to go back up there, I would certainly stay with them again.

Quick 2 day overnight. The place was clean, quaint and easy to get to. The owners were great to work with. Loved that the apartment had a key code so no trying to connect to get or return keys. Nice restaurants in walking distance too.

It was a great space and had a good kitchen area for cooking. One thing that would put this over the top would be a cutting board and a dish drainer. The bed was so comfortable and the linens soft. The neighbors were quiet with little to no street traffic. Great location.

Good stay

It was a nice little apartment. The people that live up front were very nice. I enjoyed talking to them. The bed was a little small, as im a tall person. The bathroom window needs better coverage. At night with the light on you can see in there. Other than those little things i would definitely stay there again. Much better than the local hotel
