LOCATION PERFECT !!! Heaton's Haven is a beautifully decorated second floor apartment in the historic Village of Baldwinsville. Central location next to Mohegan Manor, two blocks from Lock 24 and Papermill Island events. Short drive to Timber Banks, NYS Fairgrounds, Amphitheater and City of Syracuse. Reserved parking. Easy walking distance if you are boating and mooring at an overnight village boat slip. Spacious and comfortable one bedroom flat with queen bed, separate living room, and eat-in kitchenette. Dedicated workspace with reliable internet service. Linens and towels are included. The eat-in kitchenette is fully stocked, including essentials (coffee, tea, sugar, paper products, cooking oil), microwave, tabletop air fryer/ mini oven. There is NO cooktop or elevator. Full bathroom with shower and tub, hair dryer, iron and board. Fully refurnished and updated in 2024 with new living room and bedroom furniture, mattress, and linens. Clean, well equipped, comfortable!

Designer’s Touch

What better way to visit BVille than to stay right at the heart of the village in this most charming and completely revamped functional 1-Bedroom flat on the second story. Very comfortable, extremely clean and super cute! I very much look forward to staying there again. btw - the owner’s photos online are very accurate, well lit and tell the story - I say this as a former real estate photographer.

Charming, Warm and Welcoming

I was in town for my Auntie's Funeral, Teresa and Glen went out of their way to assist me in what ever way they could. The apartment was very nicely done. Clean, comfortable and located right in the middle of Baldwinsville. I LOVED staying here and will again the next time I visit! A

The little things

This place is beautiful and nicely furnished and decorated. But what stood out was that If I had wanted to cook, I wouldn't have needed to buy the basic necessities: salt, pepper, butter (in the freezer), vinegar, olive oil, ketchup, tea and coffee with condiments, a couple packages of biscuits, etc! Enough to get one started or just right to start the day before exploring. The hosts are also very responsive the couple times I contacted them. I would definitely stay here again!

Amazing location !

What a great stay! The hosts were so amazing and helpful! This was my 1st VRBO experience and it was fantastic. The location was perfect tons within walking distance. The unit was very pretty and modern and love the small touches they added especially the dimming chandelier in the bedroom. I would definitely recommend it.

great spot to hang out - the river and canal are great spots - the residential areas around downtown are pretty cool as well
