OCEAN FRONT PROPRIÉTÉ !! ÉCOUTEZ l'ocĂ©an depuis le PORCHES !!

L'ocĂ©an est votre cour avant dans ce fabuleux deux chambres et deux bains condo. LittĂ©ralement sur l'eau que vous pouvez entendre l'ocĂ©an et sentir les alizĂ©s de votre balcon !! Tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin ou que vous voulez est inclus. La plage est Ă  environ 30 secondes de marche le long de la piscine (avec cascade !!)et un jacuzzi, deux grands restaurants, CaraĂŻbes Fish Market GOURMET) et de sangria, un hamburger / Pizza / sandwich 'n frites placent un peu et la mer des CaraĂŻbes sont tous Ă  quelques minutes de votre porte d'entrĂ©e !! Et les vues sont spectaculaires !!! Ceci est ce que la vie dans les CaraĂŻbes est tout au sujet !! Le MaĂźtre a un lit de taille de nature et sa propre salle de bain complĂšte ainsi que d'une reine et une salle de bain complĂšte dans la deuxiĂšme chambre. Vous ne trouverez pas quelque chose qui va vous donner le sentiment d'ĂȘtre sur l'ocĂ©an comme ce condo ..... Ă  moins que votre sur un bateau !!
EntiĂšrement rĂ©novĂ© cuisine avec tous les appareils et casseroles yoou'll besoin ainsi qu'une laveuse et sĂ©cheuse. Brind votre brosse Ă  dents, maillot de bain et un short et un T et votre prĂȘt Ă  aller !! Je suis le propriĂ©taire du bien et je vivre et travailler ici Ă  St Thomas, donc si vous avez besoin de mon aide, je peux ĂȘtre Ă  la copropriĂ©tĂ© en quelques minutes, littĂ©ralement. Si vous trouvez que vous avez besoin quelque chose qui est pas Ă  la copropriĂ©tĂ©, je vais l'amener Ă  vous !! S'il vous plaĂźt, venez et soyez mes invitĂ©s !!

Had a great time staying at this property. Great views, close to beach & pool, well stocked, clean, & spacious, and not far from Red Hook. Communication with our hosts was great. Couple of restaurants and bars on property that were very good.

Loved the location and view of the condo! Sitting on the balcony right at the edge of the water is so relaxing. We just used 1 bedroom closest to the water. The bed was comfortable and there electric outlets next to the bed on both sides. The curtains in the bedroom did a great job of blocking the light in the morning. We enjoyed having cable tv in this condo too! The condo had plenty of towels and beach chairs for traveling to other beaches. Pat and Bob were very easy to communicate with. The condo is spacious and has large dressers for your clothes. Walking to the beach, pool and restaurants was easy with just a few stairs. We used the propane gas grill one night and it worked great! Loved having a washer and dryer in the condo too. The condo was almost perfect and would stay here again! The condo could benefit from a few more bowls and regular glasses. There were plenty of wine and cocktail glasses though. Thank you Pat and Bob for hosting.

Great place

We loved our stay here. The location was nice and quiet. The condo was clean and supplied amenities such as beach towels and binoculars. The owners were very helpful and made check in/out super easy! The only complaint we had was we were asked to turn the AC off each time we left. I’m not sure if this is the norm in St. Thomas, but it took a LONG time to cool the condo off each time we returned. Other than that, our stay was perfect!

This worked perfectly for us. Comfortable, safe, great location. We went there for a family wedding at the Ritz-other family stayed in the same complex so visits were an easy walk. Despite taking a charter to snorkel the kids loved going right out in Cowpet Bay the most. Great hosts, too!

Great location and even better hosts

Great condo and location. Has many accessories like snorkel gear, chairs, beach towels, etc. The hosts are incredible. The best communication I’ve ever had. Thank you!!! It’s an island so some things are not perfect so all need to understand that point wherever you stay. But you will not have these views in the most convenient places either. These hosts make you feel at home though. We were very happy with our stay.

St Thomas Vacation

Bob and Pat are excellent hosts and the communication was great. The 2 bedroom condo is on the water with great views. It’s a short 3 minute walk to the beach and restaurants. The bedrooms have king beds and they were very comfortable. I would highly recommend this property.

Spectacular View - Spacious, Comfortable Condo

Bob & Pat are great hosts. The unit was exactly as pictured - spectacular view right over the water, spacious & comfortable, pool with waterfall & hot tub were great! Enjoyed Caribbean Fish Market on our first night, easy walk down the beach, good food. Watch out for the no-see-ums; we were expecting them on the beach, but they were even on the pool deck area. We loved Ocean Surfari for beach & snorkel gear, right across the street from Moe's Fresh Market (great for picking up gourmet supplies & wine). We got Senor Pizza take-out twice for an easy dinner back at the condo. Thanks for a great stay!

A Little Slice of Paradise

The property was clean and well located - just a quick drive (down a curvy, skinny USVI road) to Red Hook, grocery, food, St John ferry, and entertainment options. It's an easy walk to the property pool (but bring a tote) and beach, but there are many easily drivable fabulous beach options. The beach chairs and towels provided were very welcome, as we did a lot of beach exploring. It was a great family stay!

Ultimate Relaxation!

We have vacationed here several times and have always been impressed with this unit. Bob and Pat have managed to maintain a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere. Their recent changes and upgrades have enhanced that atmosphere. We plan to return soon.

Beautiful Home

What can we say? Our family will take home many fond memories of this vacation. The property was clean, large, very comfortable, and had absolutely anything we could need. Patty was in continuous contact, answered all our questions and was very accommodating. Just be careful on the roads.

I sat on the patio every morning with my coffee & the waves! Watching the neighbors play fetch with their golden retriever! Watched the sun rise every day! Beautiful!

Thank you for a great 9 days!

Pat and Bob were quick to respond to our questions and had great recommendations from car rental to great snorkel spots. The unit was spacious and great layout that provided plenty of room for all 4 of us. The deck overlooking the bay allowed us to enjoy the ocean view at all times of the day. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything necessary to prepare meals. Gas grill at the unit was a nice feature. The unit was so well stocked, we only needed to buy perishables. The AC worked well and kept us cool even on the hottest days. All the furniture and linens were comfortable. There were SO many towels (at least a dozen beach towels and 20+ bath towels) which when in and out of the water every day, was greatly appreciated! Beach chairs, pool noodles and snorkel equipment provided were in good shape. The beach is beautiful and quiet with beach chairs, restaurants, beach hut with things to rent or buy for the beach. The pool was gorgeous, never crowded and we enjoyed it many times. The location of the complex was perfect for us. The 5 minute drive to Red Hook gave us access shopping, coffee shop, boat charters, restaurants, and the ferry dock. Thank you Bob and Pat for the home away from home. We will recommend your unit to anyone we know heading your way and if we make it back to St. Thomas, we would absolutely rent your unit again.

Wonderful condo and location!

We stayed here in April 2024 (two adults and two children) and had a wonderful time! The place is perfect. More than enough space and the fully stocked kitchen was great. We cooked dinner many nights and enjoyed it out on the large deck overlooking the ocean. The owner was very responsive and helpful. The condo is fully stocked with everything you would need - kitchenware, beach toys and towels, beach chairs, etc. The location was perfect as well. Just a short walk to the pool and beach. We had a lovely time and can't wait to come back!

Amazing vacation!

I am filling my mother’s bucket list and she asked for 2024 to be that beautiful blue water. St.Thomas was chosen! Walking into the condo after our travel to get here
 simply amazing. The view is spectacular! Condo was everything we wanted. Amenities were perfect. Communication perfect. I worked non stop up until this vacation and literally threw clothes in a suitcase 4 hours before the flight. I felt so ill prepared for this vacation! But wow
. We were sad to come home but as I told mom, it just means we will have to come back!

I came to the Caribbean in 1997 after having purchased a 65' Sailboat and needing a place to learn how to sail it!! Never having been here, or owning a vessel like that, I packed everything I had on the boat, came down and learned to sail her, got my Captains license and chartered the boat for 9 years out of the British Virgin Islands!! A wonderful but very challenging life style. In 2005 I sold the boat and got back in to real estate which had been my lifelong profession. I have been in St Thomas since selling the boat and am happy living on the warm ocean waters and sunny beaches. Life is good!!
This is my second Condo here in Cowpet West and I manage several others. Come on down and take some time to live the Caribbean lifestyle in this fabulous condo!! Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

Having started managing this lovely condo in 2012, the owner offered me the opportunity to purchase it and I did so in 2014. It has an amazing location ON THE OCEAN and you can hear the water lapping on the shore below. One thing I didm't realize was how private the condo is!!! No one ever walks in front of you and you literally feel like your on a boat with the views from the porch!!!! It is awesome!!
