The space
Step into our haven of serenity and be greeted by sweeping lake views visible from the large picture window in the living room.

This house offers great views of the sun/moonrise and stunning view of Dyer Mountain. The newly built deck offers the perfect place to soak up some morning sun with a cup of coffee or relax for an afternoon read.

With three bedrooms and three bathrooms, including two master suites, our home offers comfort and privacy for a family get away. The additional downstairs bedroom features a full bathroom and a convenient laundry area.
The kids room (downstairs) has plenty of activities and toys for kids to enjoy, as well as a variety of boardgames in the kitchen cabinets for the whole family. There is a large DVD selection as well.

Our kitchen is fully stocked with all cookware and essentials. Cooking in this kitchen is elevated by the views you get while preparing your meal!

There is a fireplace (woodstove) in the living area available for use, fire wood included. *

This home is setup with Starlink wifi.

The home is a 3 minute drive to Rec 1 and Rec 2, which offer all types of activities as well as a large grass area and white beach access.

Lake Almanor has some of the best fishing in the state and is home to rainbow and brown trout, king salmon, and small mouth bass, along with other species such as catfish and smelt.

* If you plan on using during your stay please ensure you communicate that to us so we can provide adequate fire wood for your stay.
Guest access
Guests can expect to park in the driveway at the top of the property near the detached garage. This driveway comfortably fits roughly 3-4 vehicles in the driveway with additional parking space in the garage via request. Reference photo provided in the gallery.

To access the main home guests will need to walk down a large staircase/walkway. The entrance to this home may difficult for people with limited mobility. Solar lights and motion sensor flood lights are installed along the length of the staircase.

Guests have access to the entire main house other than locked storage room on the lower level.
Other things to note
This home has multiple sets of stairs inside and outside that may be difficult for people with limited mobility.

This is a smoke free property. No open flames, fire pits, candles, fireworks. Use of the woodstove and grill are permitted. Per LACC rules and health concerns, we do not allow any pets.

Due to the remote location, snowfall may impact travel in the area including road closures. We offer full refund during winter months for last minute weather related cancelations.
