Six long windows and French doors make this apartment bright and sunny. On most evenings, sunset colors can be seen through the windows. The majority of the space is open and includes a living room and an eating area.

The upper stories of this home are part of a separate listing on under Sunset View Bungalow. The basement is sealed off from the Bungalow.

This basement apartment has its own private entrance. Outside the apartment is flat gravel driveway parking.

The parking spaces at the basement entrance are for the basement guests only.

The adjacent parking spaces are for guests of Sunset View Bungalow (upstairs).
