Welcome to Schipp's Creek! Relax and enjoy this beautifully decorated Villa in the heart of Crystal Beach!

You will be welcomed by this beautiful, newly built villa in an amazing location on the Peninsula! Schipp's Creek has a gorgeous deck with Adirondack chairs to look out to the gulf or the canal, whichever floats your boat! The spacious living room allows everyone to enjoy streaming their favorite shows on our smart TV, play the board games provided, or listen to their favorite vinyl on our record player! Talk about a Jam Sesh!

The Kitchen also has everything you'll need while on your stay!

The king bedroom has a memory foam mattress and an attached bathroom!
Linens, towels, and bathroom toiletries are all provided! Enjoy streaming your favorite TV shows and movies on our smart TV! The second bedroom has a full over full bunk bed to sleep 4!

Enjoy time outside on the porch soaking in the beautiful scenery! Under the house, we have a charcoal BBQ, and a picnic table to enjoy your yummy food or hang out and relax. Rinse off in the outdoor shower after a fun day at the beach, don't forget your beach towels and chairs!

Head over to the community observation tower to take in the amazing sunrises, and sunsets, or enjoy ocean views! Enjoy the community pool, playground, and fire pit as well!

The rental was exactly as described and the perfect size for our party of four. It is located in a nice quiet area that is a short walk to the beach. We had everything we needed. The owners were friendly and easy to communicate with. We will definitely look to stay here again when we are in the area.

We enjoyed our stay at this cozy beach cottage. It was very clean and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The location was perfect with access to the pool and playground just steps away. The host is wonderful and quick to answer any questions we had. Can’t wait to come back!

House was nice. Location to the beach was perfect! Wasn’t busy, as we came towards the end of September. We had the pool all to ourselves. Would definitely stay again!

Sweet little family & dog friendly neighborhood

Loved the quiet area! Really enjoyed the neighborhood pool- my boys met some buddies during our stay. Loved how dog friendly the neighborhood was! This was our first vacation with our dog and she loved it! We got a beach pass and drove to the beach each day- could have walked but so much easier to just drive over. Highly recommend for families and dog lovers

Great little beach rental

We had a great time this weekend! We came down from south west Louisiana to spend the weekend at the beach for Mother’s day and my birthday. The house is super cute! Everything was clean and well decorated. We were very impressed with the records y’all had available and made use of the card games. The couch was very comfortable, our 10 year old even slept on it one night, and my husband kept falling asleep on it while we were watching tv. I did have issues with connecting to the WIFI. The tv wouldn’t connect to the WIFI with the password provided so I tried to connect my phone to the WIFI and that didn’t work either. I ended up using my phone hotspot and connecting the tv to that but it was fine. We only used the house to sleep in for the most part- the rest of the time we were at the beach! I do wish the master bed was a little softer, but that’s okay as it’s just a matter of preference. The pillows were nice and fluffy though, which I loved. Upon checking in, we did notice a crack in the glass on the front door and a cracked light fixture. No big deal, just normal wear and tear in a rental property, but felt like mentioning it here. Overall a great little rental property for any beach visit for a small group of people to enjoy. They had all the basic essentials (including dog bowls & pet supplies) for a great beach stay at Bolivar! Thank you for having us! We would definitely come back for another stay later in the summer.

Awesomeness

Very clean nice house. Pictures of house are very accurate. The pool was very refreshing and clean. The hosts were always very responsive and very friendly. We would stay here again if opportunity arose.

Comfortable and clean

This beach house is small; but kitchen is well-designed and well-stocked, and all is comfortable. It is certainly not beachfront, but price reflects this. Suited our needs very well as bird-watchers/photographers.

Extended Weekend Stay for Family of 3

Overall this home was just what we needed for our family wedding trip. This property was very close to Beauty & the Beach venue. It’s a little drive into “town” for eating, groceries or shop visits but it goes quick. The neighborhood was quiet which was great for toddler sleeping. Amenities in home worked well, even had Marshall’s bug spray which helped (they were even worse than usual this year/fall per locals) — so remember to bring bug patch’s for little or stop in town if you need spray for patio/car park area. Our host Jon promptly accommodated a last minute additional night to our stay which helped us greatly. No issues with appliances or bathrooms. They also provide items for beach trips. Thank you for a good experience!

Family Vacation

The house was amazing and very comfortable. It is located in a quiet neighborhood with easy beach access. There were all kinds of beach supplies available to use. I appreciated the extra touches with the house. We will definitely stay here again!
