Each bedroom has a queen size comfortable bed and with both rooms having smart TVs.
Living room has a huge Flat Smart TV to watch your favorite movies or you tube videos. There is a backyard to sit and relax. House has washer and dryer included. Restaurants and grocery stores are super close. Neighborhood is very friendly and very quiet at night to have a good night sleep.

The townhome was cute and located in a nice townhome neighborhood and was a good size. We came in town for our sons baseball tournament. Overall the home was clean. It seemed like someone may have been living there before our arrival. Towels were old and were thrown in the closet and there were no washcloths. There was leftover food in the cabinets and fridge as well as alcohol. Cabinets were not very clean. We did not cook there except use of the microwave and toaster. Washing machine does not work properly (owner has instructions on how to deal with it) which was a bit of pain since we needed to wash clothes and uniforms. Amenities were lacking in regards to toiletries. Dresser drawers were full of linens that were disheveled and unfolded and we couldn't unpack our clothes and put them away. There were no hangers in the closets. Beds were ok. Mattresses are very soft and not firm at all.

Lovely Townhome in lovely neighborhood

We loved our stay here! It was a very nice townhome and a lovely neighborhood where we felt safe and comfortable. It was quiet and peaceful and very conveniently located.

Looks can be deceiving (in a good way).

Neighborhood is tight, along with parking, but once you get inside this property, it’s bigger than what you’d expect. Also has a nice patio out back.

Great place/Great location

My in laws came for an extended visit and stayed here. It had plenty of room and it was easy to get too. The neighbors were sweet and we felt very comfortable with them staying here. Would recommend to others coming to town.

Lovely home in safe, quiet neighborhood

This is a very nice townhouse in a safe neighborhood to the south of Birmingham. Easy access to I65 with a Publix and Walmart nearby for essentials. The house itself was clean but needs more dinnerware, silverware and some basic necessities, Top dollar accommodations generally mean top drawer amenities, which would have given this property a five-star review.
