Mariner’s Point is perched on the hillside overlooking Playa Hermosa. The gated community has 4 buildings and offers covered, dedicated parking just steps from your condo. There is a beautiful oceanview community pool with a large palapa, swim-up seating, beach chairs, and even a lap pool! With just 200 meters separating you from the beach, this condo is perfect for travelers wanting to hear the waves crashing while still being close to amenities.

Playa Hermosa is a small community just 25-minutes from Guanacaste Airport (LIR), near Liberia. There are 2 grocery stores, many amazing dining options, and a spectacular beachfront featuring a walking path. It’s a great launching point for scuba diving, sport fishing, and sightseeing tours. You’re also close to several area day trip spots – waterfalls, hiking, hot springs, mud baths, cultural experiences, and river tours. You are just a few minutes from the conveniences of Playas del Coco with several grocery stores, many restaurants, bars, and shops.

Enter the condo and you’re immediately drawn to the private covered terrace. A wall of windows and sliding doors opens up to this beautiful space that offers sweeping views. Outside there is a comfortable sitting area with privacy curtains and beautiful vistas from every spot. There is a gas grill and outdoor sink; perfect for grilling up the catch of the day OR let us connect with a local chef to prepare a delicious meal for you.

The dining area has a dining table that seats 6, plus there’s space for 2 more at the breakfast bar that faces the spacious kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with every amenity you could ask for including stainless steel appliances – a large fridge with an ice dispenser, a ceramic cooktop, an oven, and a dishwasher. The living room has reclining leather sofas and a large Smart TV. The unit has 100MB download AND 100MB upload speeds – perfect for teleworking or family movie night! Beautiful artwork and decor from Costa Rican artists add a local flair to the condo’s decor.

Down the hallway are the 3 bedrooms. The first bedroom sits to the right and stays cool and shaded all day. It has a queen bed and Smart TV with access to a full bathroom that also can be accessed from the hallway. Across the hall is the second bedroom, also with a queen bed and Smart TV. This bedroom has a private ensuite bathroom with a large shower stall. Further down the hall is a laundry closet with a stacked washer/dryer. The principal bedroom sits at the end of the hallway and offers an incredible amount of space and a beautiful King bed and large Smart TV. The ensuite bathroom has a large vanity, a huge shower stall, and a soaker tub.

The condo combines beautiful modern furnishings, unmatched amenities, and beautiful ocean views. The perfect spot for travelers looking for top-tier accommodations.

Guests will be most comfortable with a rental car for their stay, which we can assist with!  The home is perched high in the hills of the Hermosa and is not accessible by foot or golf cart. We do not recommend this home without a rental car or private driver.
