Ideally located directly across from Schlitterbahn Waterpark and just a 2–5 minute walk to the Comal River, tube chute, and Historic Downtown New Braunfels, you'll be close to the area's best attractions, restaurants, shopping, and entertainment.

Parking: Complimentary on-site parking is available for up to 6 vehicles.

The home features 4 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, and a large game/TV room, with comfortable sleeping arrangements including two King bedrooms, one bedroom with two Queen beds, and a bunk room with two Full beds and two Twin beds. Two Queen sleeper sofas provide additional sleeping space for larger groups.

After a day of floating the river or exploring downtown, relax in the shared backyard and plunge pool, enjoyed by just two neighboring vacation homes, creating a welcoming atmosphere for everyone.

Pet Fees

Dogs under 40 lbs: $25 per day

Dogs over 40 lbs: $40 per day

One-time cleaning fee: $35 per stay (covers additional cleaning inside the home)

Yard cleanup is the responsibility of the pet owner.

Important: Dogs are not permitted on beds or upholstered furniture. If excessive pet hair is found on bedding or furniture requiring additional cleaning or replacement, the $300 pet deposit will be forfeited.
