Step into Unit B, your beautifully appointed retreat offering the perfect blend of comfort and coastal charm. Located directly on the scenic Rubican Canal with direct Gulf access, this is the ideal spot for fishing, kayaking, swimming, boating, and relaxation.
**The Space**
This modern condo is one of five vacation rentals in the building, creating a fun atmosphere where you can meet fellow travelers. Your private space has been nicely renovated and updated for 2024 to ensure a comfortable stay.
- **Bedrooms**: Unwind in two spacious bedrooms, both featuring plush king-sized beds for ultimate comfort.
- **Kitchen**: The fully equipped modern kitchen is perfect for preparing family meals or the dayâs catch. It includes a Keurig coffee machine, a blender, and everything you need for a home-cooked meal.
- **Living Area**: Relax in the bright, airy living room with tranquil views of the water.
- **Outdoor Living**: Enjoy your own private lanai area, complete with a gas grill and dining seating for four.
- **Family-Friendly**: To make travel easier for families, childrenâs books, toys, a high chair, and a crib are available upon request.

- **Convenience**: Enjoy 24-hour self-check-in via a smart lock. One assigned off-street parking spot is included, with extra guest parking spaces available.

We have owned our 5-unit condo building for about 10 years now. We love traveling and racing BMX with our 2- and 7-year-old sons. SWFL is an amazing place to live and vacation

Being on a Gulf Access canal is an amazing time especially when the fish are jumping and the sun is setting. A truly wonderful area in SE Cape Coral just miles from downtown and all the fun and entertainment

Seatuit has a great layout with each of the 5 units having a lanai just steps to the heated pool. We often have guest from different countries staying at the same time. Many worldwide friendships have been cultivated by the common areas @ Seatuit Vacation Condos. All units have been fully renovated over last 3 years and they are truly 5-star vacation rentals.
