This elegant 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is on the 14th floor and has stunning views of Estero Bay and the Gulf of Mexico! The unit features two lanais, a full kitchen, separate dining room and spacious living room. The primary bedroom features a king bed, beautiful bathroom and more stunning views! The guest bedroom features a full bed and a twin bed, allowing a maximum occupancy of 5 guests. Linens are included! We provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and even a set of towels you can take to the beach. The unit does have a full size washer and dryer included. Linens are included! Ocean Harbor is in a great location near the middle of Fort Myers Beach, right next door to Publix grocery. Behind Publix there are also a few restaurants and attractions such as Snook Bight Marina and Junkanoo Below Deck! Not mention that just cross the street from the Ocean Harbor complex is the white sands beach, making this complex a perfect snowbird destination.

* We would like to note that most renovations have been completed at Ocean Harbor (including the pool!). There is still construction occurring across the island and the experience will not be the same as what it was prior to Hurricane Ian, but much progress has been made in the past year. *

This property is restricted to monthly rentals during peak season (Jan - Mar). Rentals must be from the beginning to the end of the month, multi-month rentals are available. Shorter stays may be available during summer and fall months.

This property is on keyless entry so you can head right to the unit at check in time. A code will be emailed to you a few days before arrival.

This unit is managed by TriPower Vacation Rentals, a professional vacation rental management company located on Fort Myers Beach. Guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement with TriPower to finalize booking.
