Sunny Side Up offers an unbeatable downtown location, cozy accommodations, and outdoor amenities that make it a fantastic choice for your St. Augustine vacation. Whether you`re here to explore history or relax, this space provides everything you need.

The upstairs unit is fully available to guests, with the exception of a locked owner’s closet. Please feel free to message me with any questions, needs, or recommendations—I’m here to help!

Traveling with a larger group? `Sunny Sanchez` is a 3-bedroom, 2-bath downstairs unit that sleeps 8 and is also available for booking! Let us know if you have any questions.

No Smoking on the property

We love welcoming pets! Just a quick note — the pet fee is NOT automatically included in your booking total. It will be added separately after your reservation is confirmed.

Pet Policy: We are happy to host your dogs! Up to 2 dogs are allowed—please reach out with any questions. We kindly ask that you don’t leave your dog's alone at the house for long periods, as distressed pets can cause damage or excessive barking may disturb neighbors. St. Augustine beaches are dog-friendly, but leash laws apply. Please tell us about your dog(s)—we love to hear about them!

Pet Fee: A pet fee of $175 for 1–2 dogs will be charged for the stay. No fee is charged for certified service animals, though we ask you to inform us if you’ll be bringing a service animal during your stay.

*There is a $500 security hold that is released upon check out.

We understand accidents happen and kindly ask that you please notify us if an item breaks, doesn`t work, or is soiled as soon as it happens. We want to ensure we can replace item(s) as soon as possible for you or the next guest. If items are missing or broken, the guest is responsible for the charge for any item(s).

There will be a $200 fee for any late checkout that is not approved.

Guests cannot receive mail or packages to the property, please reach out and we can coordinate an alternate delivery address, if necessary.

If there’s an excess of trash left behind and we need to arrange for its removal, there will be a $100 fee. Thanks for understanding!
