No expense was spared in creating this 3/2 home away from home in Downtown St. Augustine. This phenomenal house features 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and 1 bunk bed, perfect for families or friends looking for a cozy retreat. The backyard is an absolute dream. Spending time watching tv at the outdoor bar, playing golf, or partaking in a game of bocce ball on our 40-ft court will make it hard to leave the house! The 10-20 minute walk to downtown St Augustine is lovely!
The neighborhood of Lincolnville is very safe and quiet with beautiful tree lined streets, a coffee shop around the corner from the home, and history all around you! The beach is only a short drive over bridge. We've thought of all the details to makeyour stay unforgettable.

Charming house in a charming and quiet neighborhood filled with history. Loved being able to relax on the quiet porch and walk to nearby shops for coffee and good food. Definitely walkable to downtown as well. Host was accommodating and always quick to respond, providing helpful tips. Fun house for those who loves playing ganes outdoors. Would definitely book again!

The home is beautifully remodeled, beds were very comfortable, and the host was very responsive. She loves her city and offered lots of great local ideas. Very quiet neighborhood. Had an absolutely wonderful visit. Highly recommend this property, the historic city, and the host!

This listing was exactly as described! It was great for our 18th anniversary celebration with the family. It was bigger than expected with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths. We loved the front screened-in porch and the outside activities for our 14 and 15 year olds! It wasn’t a far walk to St. George Street and fun dining and drinks! It was very clean and parking was included. We would definitely rent again! 5s

Summer vacation

Stay was great a little bit farther of a walk to downtown than expected but the house beautiful. The activities at the home were fun we had a great time playing bocce ball in the back yard and grilling while there.

Amazing place!!! A lot of love and care obviously went into the renovations. Inside everything was updated and very comfortable. The outside space is phenomenal. Incredible. Lisa's place is super clean, comfortable, and a convenient half a mile walk to the heart of downtown St. Augustine. The back yard is great with putt-putt, bocce ball, and seating (I would recommend using the provided bug spray). We also enjoyed the screened in front porch. This is an old neighborhood and is going through some gentrification. There are some nice homes (like this one) and some in dire need of TLC. Note for those with family members with mobility issues, this property has four or five stairs at both entries. And there is not a dishwasher. Lisa is eager and willing to help and provide recommendations.

What a cute house! We had two nights to visit St. Augustine for the first time. The area was safe and walking distance to town. This house is fresh & new. Backyard was fun! There are some mosquitoes, bring the bug spray.Our host was excellent. Quick communication & kind enough to let us know the house was ready early. Beds were great. A little coffee supply provided was a nice touch!!

My son and I loved this house. It has everything you could every need! The backyard is a blast! We played hard there and made so many memories. He literally had the grill going nonstop. He found his love for grilling corn on the cob while we had very heated bocce tournaments. The inside was just like home. It was homey and inviting. The neighbors were nice and welcoming, and more important, quiet. Also, in a tree overlooking the backyard, there is a nest of great horned owls that fly nightly. They are majestic! That was such a beautiful sight to see and witness.

We bought this home as a second home for the family. We spared no expense with the bedding, flooring, quartz counters, etc.

Lincolnville is a beautiful historic neighborhood within walking distance of downtown but far enough where you will get an amazing night sleep. The stars burn bright at night and you can even hear an occasional owl.

Although this home is newly built, it still feels very historic. The interior design is absolutely gorgeous incorporating a southern breezy bohemian cottage feel. The backyard is spectacular.
