Conveniently located just blocks from the MacArthur Bart station. Just 15 minutes to San Francisco. 10 minute drive to UC Berkeley. 20 minutes from the Oakland Airport.
The space
This is a charming mid-century modern home with all the modern comforts and luxuries. Enjoy the sunny, spacious living room with access to our curated selection of books and games.
Remodeled kitchen is fully stocked with stainless steel appliances and all the essentials you'll need for coffee/tea/cooking. 10 inch memory foam mattresses. Backyard area is a relaxing place to hang out and enjoy the lovely Bay Area weather!
PLEASE NOTE: The third bedroom is a private, detached room with full access to amenities of the house.

Nice small house close to shopping/dining in Temescal and Piedmont. Easy walk to lots of cafes and restaurants.There were many thoughtful touches throughout the home (lots of utensils and cooking equipment, good quality towels, puzzles and books). The beds were comfy and there was interesting artwork. As advertised, the third bedroom is disconnected from the main house and does not have a bathroom, which requires whoever stays there to come into the main house at night if needed. There's a fair amount of beeping on the door locks, which can wake up others who may be asleep.The host was very quick to communicate whenever we reached out. The house is set up to be able to rent each bedroom separately, which means there are a lot of different door codes and labeling in the space. We rented the whole house though.
