Mignon chalet d'une chambre à Albany

Louez votre propre chalet 1 chambre à l'arrière d'une maison mignonne à Albany. Le chalet a été entièrement rénové avec de nouvelles armoires de cuisine, granit, complètement nouveaux murs de faux-finis avec des plafonds voûtés. Une nouvelle main caryer gratté plancher de bois avec un vieux sentiment de maison de temps. VENEZ AVEC IT'S SALLE DE BAIN PRIVÉE, une chambre assez petite qui contient un lit de capitaines avec quatre tiroirs. La chambre et la salle de bains sont carrelées. Livré avec cuisine bien équipée, 49 pouces 4K TV avec de nombreux services de streaming et Netflix gratuit. lit Capitaines a quatre tiroirs et il y a aussi un petit cinq tiroirs de tiroirs dans la chambre à coucher. Complètement privé et séparé du courrier de la maison où je vis. Lit confortable dans la chambre mais c'est une très petite chambre, donc il n'y a pas de place pour sortir du lit, sauf ramper sur votre partenaire lit et aussi le lit est plus élevé qu'un lit normal, donc on m'a conseillé que les clients plus âgés ne prennent pas si bien. et canapé-lit très confortable dans le salon. Il y a aussi une mezzanine avec un lit de taille. Quartier sûr, beaucoup de parking dans la rue, très près de Solano ave qui a des tonnes de commerces et restaurants. la station Bart environ dix à quinze minutes à pied.

This place was perfect! The use of the space is super efficient and feels open and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. There was even some cream and oat milk in the fridge, which was a MAJOR win for me. I always have to get myself cream for my coffee when I go to rentals. It was an easy walk to lots to do on Solano Ave. I would 100% stay here again.

A little gem in Albany! The back house on this property is a cute little cottage with wonderful art and lots of nice amenities. So cute. We will definitely stay for longer if we have the opportunity in the future. Also the location is amazing; it was walking distance from the restaurant we ate at, Chez Mansour. Robin was a very responsive host which was helpful. We found the main guest bed comfortable but didn't try the loft bed. The kitchen seemed well equipped. The decor was lively and of diverse origin and there were some intriguing books. We didn't use the patio but it looked cute. Thank you, Robin!

I spent a month here for work—the apartment was very livable, especially for me as just one person. The location is amazing, Solano Avenue has everything you could want within walking distance, and overall the neighborhood has a really charming/quaint/safe vibe. I thought the apartment could have been cleaner when I checked in (spider webs, lots of accumulated random stuff in the drawers like old smoke detectors and batteries and stuff), but overall the place was super thoughtfully and well-outfitted. Full kitchen gear (knives that actually cut!), fans, spare toiletries, plenty of towels, etc. Would recommend for someone who’s ok with a bohemian option.

This is a very cute cozy house with lots of interesting art and decorations. The bathroom sink was beautiful!I greatly appreciated was that our host was ok with us having a few folks over. For those who attended it worked well and we were all comfortable. It is in an amazing location, all kinds of wonderful restaurants and shops on Solano Avenue which the house is half a block from. We would come back here again!

What a wonderful place to stay, in a charming Albany neighborhood. The sleeping arrangements were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked for basic cooking needs. Definitely would stay here again!

Great neighborhood

We love d the location near the Solano Avenue with lots of local shops. perfect for 3-4 people. Kitchen was well stocked. Robin, the manager, was friendly: checked on us to make sure we are doing OK and even let me borrow one of his bikes.

Fun place. We'll be back.

We enjoyed the one bedroom cottage. Walking into the cottage was a little challenging with construction next door and a few tiles that were loose walking into the cottage from the outside. Overall it was great.

Excellent location for a quiet East Bay stay

The best thing about this cottage is its location, it really can't be beat if you are looking for a nice quiet place to stay in the east bay thats walking distance to things. Robin was easy to communicate with as well. The one note to prospective guests I have is though technically it can sleep more, four people is the max this cottage can hold if you want to comfortably use it. Overall we really enjoyed ourselves and recommend it.
