Beachside Charm! Just A Short Stroll To Miles Of Pristine Beach.

This 2nd and 3rd floor townhouse is a spot-on beach-side charm with modern touches. The two-story unit has a partial ocean view from both the 2nd and 3rd floors. The flooring of the common areas is tiled, while the bedrooms are carpeted. There are ceiling fans in all bedrooms and the main living room. The living/dining area is coral themed with soft aqua colors and ocean themed decorations. The dining area includes a glass table which seats 4. The kitchen has granite counter-tops and stainless steel appliances. The master bedroom has been decorated in colors to soothe the soul with a king size bed and views of the ocean from the adjacent balcony . The 2nd bedroom has navy, white and tan decor with a seashell theme and a queen size bed. The "Jack and Jill" bath is a beach sand color scheme with granite and tile surfaces. The unit comes with a stackable washer/dryer on the 2nd floor. There is a full bathroom on the 2nd (main) floor as well. The complex is WiFi enabled, with two pools, a heated lagoon pool, and a beach-side pool. Pets allowed with some exceptions, pre approval and non refundable pet fee. Come and luxuriate in this beautiful townhouse for a perfect vacation.

Overall the place was perfect. View of the parking lot was not the greatest but we were aware of this when we rented the place. Location was great. Easy access to the beach, town, etc

Perfect getaway location!!

First, the location was prime!!! Ocean view from the 2 balconies. There's a major grocery store nearby, and a short trip to the historical district. There's private beach access, and 2 pools to choose from. The check in process was effortless and the unit was spotless.

Reviewer Comments: Your description on the website said “just bring beach towels, a hairdryer and a fun in the sun attitude.“ What it should’ve said was just bring beach towels, a hairdryer, soap for the dishwasher, trash bags, cleaning products, a new toilet flush valve, lightbulbs for the bathrooms and the micowave surface light, and a lampshade for the living room. The description should’ve also noted that the upstairs bathroom was a jack and Jill bathroom shared by the two bedrooms and the second full bath was downstairs in the living areaWe have to give kudos to the maintenance team for repairing the upstairs toilet once they were notified that the toilet was broken. However, it did surprise us that the condo was not properly prepared before our arrival.Ocean Villas is a beautiful community with great pools and great beach access. Its location is convenient to shopping as well as restaurants. It is a short drive to downtown Saint Augustine.We will definitely plan on returning to Ocean Villa, however, we will likely look for another unit.

Lovely Unit, Great Location

This was our second stay at Ocean Villas and we love it here! We plan to return to this place every time we go to Florida. We also love St. Augustine. The pools are nice and the grounds are beautiful. It's also pet friendly. Our unit was very nice. My only complaint would be that the light over the stairs (inside) was burned out and it did not look easy to replace due to being so high up. It made it somewhat difficult to navigate the stairs at night. But the kitchen was well stocked and we loved the condo.

Clean and relaxing!

Great property. Easy to get to beach. Unit had everything we needed! Communication with property manager was simple. Only complaint- parking is awful. We only used one space and could barely find a spot. Signage listed that overflow was available at Winn Dixie, but you had to pay for your own ride share back. I would still highly recommend.

Spring Break Getaway

The property was exactly what we were looking for - close to beach and not over crowded area. The condo was very clean and had most of the supplies needed to be comfortable and cook “at home” (needs a cookie sheet but we made do with muffin pan:) the heated pool area was bonus since there were some little cooler and windy days.

Fun stay

We enjoyed the location. The check in instructions were a bit vague. No explanation. If I was familiar to the area, it made perfect sense but being from out of state, there should have been more detail to finding the rental company to get the keys. Overall though, it was a lovely stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a last minute decision to find a rental during Easter weekend . It was a chance for my wife and I to spend time with our sons. We were all off finally on the same weekend. Paul and Peggy who helped us with renting the unit were very thorough and all the info they gave us was perfect . We never had to call once we arrived. The process was super easy . Everything we needed was available in the unit except groceries which is normal and to be expected. Beds were comfortable , unit was clean and big . The view off the balcony is partial ocean but you can see the ocean and especially at night you can see the moon off the water . I would love to be right on the ocean of course but this unit would be one I would have no issues renting or even purchasing one day !! I’m very OCD and used to clean homes and was a housekeeping manager, besides wiping down the glass tables because of streaks ( OCD ) and small things most would never notice the place was perfect!!!!

We decided to bring Easter to him and I called Paul and Kelly at Resort Rentals to see if something was available. Ocean Villas 005 was open for the timeframe we needed. The condo was very clean and was exactly as described on the website. We will be keeping this condo on our list of places to stay. Our family would recommend calling Resort Rentals when looking for lodging in St. Augustine.

It was clean but could use a few tweaks, e.g. one of the tv remotes was missing a battery and the kitchen lacked a few items that would have been helpful, like cutting board(s) and cookie sheets. The property was mostly clean, but there was some debris on the carpeting that wasn’t caught by the vacuum. The view is certainly limited, the ocean is visible but you’re mostly seeing parking lot and other buildings.

There is two pools on the property, one is heated and the other one is not, in both pools the water was nice and clean. Restaurants And grocery stores are within walking distance. We will definitely stay at this place again in the near future.

Unit had significant HVAC/dust/mold issues. Family had allergy symptoms during entire stay. This needs to be addressed. AC filter was changed, but did not help.

Wonderful getaway from New York.. my condo was very attractively furnished, clean and decorated for the Christmas’s holiday season. Very welcoming.
