This condo is as perfect as the pictures! Very clean and was excellent! So much room for 8 of us! The contact host was very easy to communicate with and check in was flawless! Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

This is a beautiful place with a well stocked kitchen and ample room for our family. Having a garage for our car was another big plus. I would highly recommend it.

Overall, it is an excellent property and conveniently located. There were slight problems with the basement toilet (very hard to flush, felt like the handle would break due to excessive force) and the deck was very sketchy/unstable.

We're sorry to hear about the toilet - we came over right away to check it but couldn't replicate the issue, and we'll have someone else take a look to see if it can be improved. As for the deck, it is an older feature but there are no structural or safety concerns, and we'll look into improving it as well. Very clean, everything was in great working order. Beds were comfy and extra blankets were great! It was nice having an attached garage because it was chilly while we were there. We had some snow as well and we came out in the morning to a cleanly shoveled driveway! Would definitely stay there again.

This was a great spot that was super clean, affordable and comfortable to attend the Bears-Packers game. An easy drive to Green Bay, and an easy drive to the Appleton airport. Having access to the garage with the cold temperatures was a great bonus. Thanks for making the stay wonderful!

Great stay!

We have family nearby and have stayed numerous times. Always clean and exactly as shown. I work remotely and enjoyed the work desk by the fireplace last winter.

We were attending performances at Lawrence Music Conservatory. The location was easy to get to and only about 10 minutes from the college. The kitchen was very well equipped for making meals which we appreciated. The beds were comfortable, and the house was very clean. It was rainy, so we really appreciated being able to park in the garage.

One of the best properties I have stayed at. I was traveling with my family and out dog for a wedding in the area. The neighborhood was lovely; everyone was very friendly, great walking paths, and it was nice and quiet. The quintessential Midwest experience!The house itself had everything we needed. My two adult kids each had their own bed, and there was another bed that we could use if needed. The upstairs has recently been updated: from the floors to the kitchen setup, it felt like home. I received an email a few days before with all of the instructions for check-in and check-out. It was seamless. I can't speak to any other host communication because we didn't need to reach out. It was a great stay!

Nice condo!

This is a very clean and stylish condo. It’s location is perfect for anything you would like to do in the Appleton area. The neighbors are very friendly as well.Management company and owner were very easy to work with.

This location was close enough for us and getting out of all of the traffic. Very clean, supplied essentials and gave us some room to move avulsion

Loved it!

Our group of 4 stayed here for the NFL Draft & it exceeded our expectations. The space was a lot bigger than the pictures make it look (a good thing!) & it suited all of our needs. The only (SMALL) issue we had was that the fireplace wouldn’t turn on, but that wasn’t a big deal at all.

It was wonderful to stay here. We were meeting up to attend a Packers game 25 min away, and this was perfect for the price. Only issue was the filtered water from refrigerator may be clogged as it comes out at a snails pace, and that wasn’t even an issue. Just thought the owner might want to know this.

This is a great home away from home and has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. The beds are comfortable, it's well appointed/spaceous. It's not far from Greenbay if you are going for a game or tours. We would definitely stay again if we are in the area. One thing to now on check in I couldn't find the email with the check-in instructions/for code. I was looking for a VRBO email but it came from the management company Evolve. I did have to contact them and they sent it immediately, so it all worked out.
