We lived in Appleton area for over 30 years and we head back to the area to visit family and friends. This place worked very well for the location and quietness. Would definitely stay again.

We were visiting my daughter who lives 10 minutes away so the location was great and the fenced in yard was great for our dog. The beds were comfortable and lots of hot water for our showers. We did not cook. So we did not use the stove or the oven. I turned on the dishwasher before we left

This is a very nice place. Very close to highways and stores. Great neighborhood, felt very comfortable and safe. The kitchen is stocked, beds comfortable, clean and kept up home. I would stay here again if ever in the area. If you are questioning yourself, do not, you will not be disappointed.

Perfect house for our stay

the house was in a safe neighborhood and the fenced in yard was perfect for our little dogs.I stayed there with my wife and 92 year old Mother. We were there for a third birthday party for our Grandson. We would look into renting here when we are in the area again.

Clean and convenient for our family

The house was clean and worked out well for our family of 5. The fenced backyard was perfect for our 2 golden retrievers. The neighborhood was quiet and conveniently located for getting to the highway and downtown areas.

Nice house and good location for us.

Worked good for our family. Nice to allow dogs but the only thing is the grass was really tall so it made it hard to pick up the dogs poop.

Family time

Love that this property is located near the high ways and that it is all one level! Master is on other half of the home and fenced in yard for our pups:) Beds are comfortable and the living room space!

Good for what we needed it for. House was clean except there were a lot of ants in the kitchen. Also wished it was stocked with basic necessities like salt and pepper, or extra blankets. Otherwise, it was perfect to stay the weekend for an event.

We have extra blankets and pillows in the couch storage as the couch turns into another bed. We do provide salt and pepper, my apologise they did not get restocked before your stay. Great experience

The property owner was easy to work with. She quickly answered questioned that I had. We had more than enough space. The walkin bathtub was a huge hit for the kids. I would recommend.

I understand property was pet friendly we did not bring pets but the property has a very high pet/ammonia smell. Owners might want to consider wood floors and change filters In home on a regular basis. Otherwise it was perfectly fine. Thanks

Thank you for your feedback. I'm glad you enjoyed your stay! We have ceramic tile and currently don't plan to switch to wood floors. I'm not sure what you smelled (maybe cleaning products). We have professional cleaners mop the ceramic tiles after each stay. We also change the filter at the beginning of each month. I do appreciate your suggestions and am happy your stay was perfectly fine.

We were in town for a local softball tournament and this house was exactly what we needed for a group of six; lots of comfortable beds, two bathrooms, full kitchen and laundry. The only thing to note is that if you bring pets, there is a pet fee that will be charged through VRBO, even though it is not mentioned anywhere on the Orbitz booking site or the VRBO listing either.

Overall, it was an excellent stay. The neighborhood seemed fine. Never felt unsafe. I could hear the neighbor on the side by the bedrooms working on his car in the evening, but that wasn't a big deal. We didn't use the kitchen, so I can't speak to that. The master bedroom bed was soft and comfy to me. Just FYI, there was no shampoo/conditioner/soap supplied. Plenty of hand soap. Would have been nice to have facial tissues but not a huge deal.
