Our 3-bedroom charming home is in a fantastic Location close to downtown Mckinney! You can walk to the Old Town Mckinney area where you will enjoy great restaurants, bars, shops, and art galleries! The home offers a cozy feel w/lots of light. The perfect floorplan for small groups or business travels. Located close to 75 making it easy to get anywhere in the DFW Metro! Modern amenities such as quality mattresses, home office, SMART TV`s, fast high speed Wifl, and outdoor living area with grill!

Step inside, where you`ll find a perfect blend of comfort and style. The living area is adorned with comfy furniture and a SMART TV, ideal for unwinding after a long day of sightseeing or business meetings. Was a great place. Only thing that could have made it better would have been extra blankets for the beds. And the remote for the fan and light in the master bedroom did not work properly for turning out the light. Over all was a great place!!! The tree in the middle of the driveway was concerning when trying to park! Washing machine did not spin out the water.

We had a great time during our stay. The house fit our needs for the week and in a good location-food, attractions, baseball fields for our tournament. Will stay again if we are back in the area!

Fantastic Mckinney vacation home!

This place was great! Clean, comfortable, great location! I've rented many vacation homes and what I really appreciate is the attention to detail. They had coffee, creamer, filters, paper towels etc. Bathrooms have shampoo, conditioner, body wash. Would definitely rent here again!

We enjoyed our stay in mckinney. The hot water heater was broken when we arrived so we didnt get to shower until the following day. However, the owner was responsive and had the hot water back on within a few hours. One of the beds in the smaller rooms had an uncomfortable mattress and the comforters were very thin, but overall we thought the house was cute and comfy.

Great location and nice house - needs some care to details

Had a great stay at this property which is walkable to downtown McKinney (a great place to visit!). The house itself is a very nice 3 bedroom on one level with a large back yard. It is professionally managed so not a personalised stay. I would suggest the management employ a check-list to ensure basics are in place -- there was no toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, bath mats, some basic kitchen amenities missing, limited seat cushions for the outdoor furniture, etc etc. Also, the bath towels were child sized and would barely wrap around a grown person's waist. If the management company ups its game and actually managed it better, it would be five stars.
