Large Riverfront family cabin. Within minutes of Diamond Mine and lake

The Perfect getaway for family, friends, or couples. We are located 5 minutes from Lake Greeson and 10 minutes from the Crater of Diamonds State Park; one of the only places in the world where the public can search for diamonds in their original volcanic source. Not only do we have 3 acres of property to explore, but you can enjoy all that the Little Missouri River has to offer right off the back deck. The large three-level dock has plenty of room for fishing or just relaxing. Trout fishing is best from November to May and we have the perfect location. After a long day of diamond hunting or trout fishing, relax and enjoy a fire in the outdoor firepit or read a good book while relaxing in the large hammock. Once inside you will find everything you need to make you feel at home. All rooms include flatscreen TVs with Roku connections. We provide the best Wifi available in the area. Our kitchen is fully stocked with every appliance anyone would need along with all cooking and dining ware. The living room is the perfect place to cozy up and reconnect with family—a large bar area for entertaining and a large dining area to accommodate everyone. We have tried to think of all the things we would want when traveling so that your stay's focus is on making memories and less stress.

This is our 2nd year staying in this cabin for thanksgiving. We had a wonderful family gathering. Beautiful cabin, beautiful view. This cabin is highly recommended.we will be back next year.

Peaceful Stay

We loved staying at the cabin. Very nice and peaceful. This cabin has everything you need to stay there to be away from home. Loved hanging out on the deck near the river. We would stay again. Has a firepit outside near the grill area surrounded by chairs. Enjoyed hanging out there too. Lots of space and different areas to hang out at. The host April is wonderful and is very helpful!

Great stay for the whole family.

We traveled with 12 people 1-65, one is a wheelchair user. We were not expecting a lovely ramp but there was. The kitchen had anything we needed to cook with. There were even toys for the toddler to entertain himself. It was a fabulous place to enjoy each other’s company.

Great Girl's Weekend

We had a wonderful time at this cabin. It was clean and well stocked. The decorations made the cabin very cozy and there was plenty of room for 3 adults. We enjoyed playing games on the back deck and just relaxing. We also went diamond mining at Diamond Crater National Park, which is very close, and even though we didn't find anything valuable, we really enjoyed the experience. This was a great vacation, and we would love to come back sometime.

Great weekend getaway

The cabin was adorable and the view was incredible. We enjoyed spending time on the split level deck and fishing and swimming in the river. It was quiet and peaceful, and even though there are "neighbor cabins" you felt very much "away from it all". We saw squirrels, rabbits, deer and some interesting insects. You can tell they have recently replaced a lot of deck boards so that area can be enjoyed. If I had to complain about anything, it would be that the kitchen floor area could use a good mopping. We wore socks or slides inside because the floor was quite gritty. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook several meals, but the cabinets and drawers lacked organization. The bed in the master bedroom was comfortable, but our friends that stayed in the second bedroom, left a night early due to the bed being uncomfortable. It was pretty hard and had a large dip on one side. The beds in the third bedroom were fine for children, but wouldn't offer much support for an adult (especially if you're extra fluffy like we are). All and all, we absolutely loved our stay and would consider staying again if the bedding could be upgraded with at least a nice mattress topper.
