Nestled in a prime location, this charming retreat provides the perfect blend of tranquility and accessibility. The house has been completely updated throughout. The house has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath, kitchen, dining room, a cozy living room with a very large back yard.
Belmont is 15 minutes from the airport, 25 minutes to downtown Charlotte, 15 minutes to the White Water Center, and 40 minutes to the Charlotte Motor Speedway.

Visit to Belmont.

Brought my mother for a visit with my sister who lives in Belmont. Very nice property and very close to my sister's apartment. Will look to stay here again for future visits.

Like home! This was a very cute place in a great area of Charlotte!

We wanted a rental that would be on a great area with restaurants near by and space for our son as we were moving him into school. This place was perfect! The host was a big help when booking to answer my questions as well! I'd highly recommend it!

What a great find!

Adorable house, perfect location to enjoy downtown Belmont! It was spotless, and having owned my own cleaning service for years, I know clean!!We were in town visiting our daughter and this was the perfect location for us. Close to her but also close to town so we could easily enjoy our favorite restaurant in town (Honeycomb!) within walking distance. This was a great find for us and we hope to stay here on a regular basis as we visit here quite often!

Visiting family

It was a pleasure to stay here. I was in town to meet my new granddaughter (1 month old). Staying in a separate location made the visit more comfortable for all and it was less than 1/2 mile away! Ashley was great. The house was cute, clean, and comfortable. I will definitely stay there again

Family time

Mrs Ashley's home was beautiful . Just as advertized . Quiet , very comfortable . The neighbors were very nice . Going to Restaurants and sight seeing were just steps away . When you visit Belmont , NC stay at here . It home away from home

Ashley has thought of everything you could use or need. Very welcoming home. Would definitely stay there again if in the area. We were in Belmont for a wedding and house was very close to the venue. Made it very easy to get around in the dark when you aren’t familiar with the roads.

Home Away from Home

This home was perfect for my brother and me. We were in the area to visit our oldest brother who unfortunately, wound up in ICU just before our planned visit. This home was very clean, comfortable and inviting which helped us reduce our stress and relax. So much more comfortable than dealing with a hotel. It is very close to the airport, major grocery store and other amenities. Good neighborhood too. We'd definitely stay again.

Belmont and cozy

This is a great house. Its close to Belmont downtown which we just so enjoy. The house has hardwood floors, all the necessary amenities, and is well maintained. Do know that you are close to a main road that feeds into and out of Belmont and can be quite busy during commute hours. We are used to it and didnt bother us. The place smelled nice, everything was working, zero issues, and we would stay here again.

It was ok

The house smelled like weed the whole time we were there. The was also an issue with a neighbors dogs that wouldn’t let my wife and kids leave the house. I sent a message to the property owner hoping she would be able to get in touch with them, but she never responded. Lastly the bed was really uncomfortable and noisy.
