Pacific Crest 306 - Oregon Beach Vacations

Located in historic Nye Beach, this 1 bedroom, 2 bath oceanfront condo boasts amazing views, a charming nautical theme, and a covered deck – the perfect spot for relaxing with a morning cup of coffee or unwinding with a glass of wine as the sun sets over the glimmering ocean.

This bright and cozy condo has an open living area ideal for relaxing and gathering with a comfortable sofa, flatscreen TV, a fully equipped kitchen, and dining table that seats 4.

After a day of play at the beach or the seasonal swimming pool, guests will drift off to sleep to the sounds of the nearby ocean. The bedroom has a king bed, a large closet, a flatscreen TV, and a bathroom with a shower.

Additional amenities include a queen sofa bed and 1 designated parking spot.

This oceanfront condo is perfect for a couple or a small family planning a weekend getaway to the Oregon Coast. Come discover all the fun in charming Nye Beach with a stay at Pacific Crest 306.

Please note this condo is located on the 3rd floor, and there is not an elevator at this location to access the 3rd floor.

Location, location, location. Great spot to watch the ocean, waves & sunsets. Easy walk to the Nye Beach area, restaurants and shopping. Dated, but very livable.

Great location

This was a clean property that provided sufficient accommodations for our exploration of the Newport area. A recommendation for the listing of this property is to make it obviously known that there is no elevator and there are numerous stairs to get to the beach. Otherwise, it was a great stay!

Great Views and Location

This was our first time visiting Newport and we are glad we stayed here. The view was amazing and the location was very close to everything. The place was very clean other than some carpet stains. It was hot as we were there during a heat wave and there is no AC. Thankfully we were able to cool down with opening windows and fans were provided.

Just okay

The location of the condo was great being right on Nye beach. But the condo itself was not in great shape when we arrived (not at all properly cleaned). There was also very limited supplies and amenities were the condo and it made it difficult to jump in and feel livable.

Stains on the floor, blood stain on a pillow (biohazard), couldn’t use hot tub (being worked on). Just gross, we won’t be back.

Was it even cleaned?

Cleaning crew needs some training. We did the dishes that were dirty but put away in the cupboards. Even wet slimy old food on dishes and in glasses. No soaps in any sink or shower. Just 10 bottles of shampoo. Some cheap coffee packs like in hotels would be standard but there was zero items except a small olive oil bottle and a salt and pepper shaker with zero salt. I also found a couple of loose prescription pills laying about on the master bedroom floor.

Our Condo was right above the beach with wonderful views. The kitchen had every utensil for cooking meals. We walked to Nye Beach which had restaurants, bakeries and shops. The time went too fast. Thank you!
