Nye Beacon will wow you with the panoramic views of the coastline including the beacon of the working lighthouse on Yaquina Head. This light and airy one bedroom, ocean front condo is perfectly located in the Nye Beach District of Newport. This neighborhood is known for its bohemian vibe with plenty of restaurants, shops, galleries, and live entertainment all within walking distance!

You will enjoy your time in this artfully laid out condo on the first floor of the building. Nye Beacon's living/dining area is comfortable and will have you relaxing as you gaze at the ocean. Whip up a wonderful meal as you enjoy the ocean view, even from the kitchen! Down the hall is the primary bedroom with a comfy king bed and ensuite bath. There is a second bath in the hallway. A murphy bed is in the living room for an additional sleeping option. With ocean views from the living room and the front deck, you will be sure to enjoy the sights, sounds, and fresh ocean smells of the sea. The beach access is just down the street where you can enjoy a day of beach combing or dipping your toes in the waves.

Nye Beacon is conveniently located on the central Oregon coast which makes it a perfect launching point to go explore many of the coast's natural wonders. Don't forget to check out Yaquina Head Lighthouse, the working bay front in Newport, the Oregon Coast Aquarium, and many other spectacular natural areas.

Great Ocean property and the only way to see Oregon Coast. Having access to the Ocean walks is why we always pick beach access. The listing is exactly as stated. It’s on the Ocean and the view is amazing. Everything is walkable the coffee, restaurants, shopping is all right there in Nye Beach. The Management Co. were always helpful and accommodating. In the future, I’m more alert when I rent from management companies verses actual ownership. Owners tend to have more of a personal thoughtful touch. This property is Managed, so extras like coffee, creamers, or water and spices you have to buy. The place is stocked with pots, pans and utensils and all the basics. The futon is not comfortable and would recommend Kids only not adults. The keyless entry is very tricky and we had a truck, so we had to park up on a curb and it’s very tight parking almost not doable. Just FYI we didn’t notice no washer /dryer as it’s a condo, so we just figured; but it’s locked up in the Unit. We really could have used it for the wet clothes and Oregon can be cold and damp. We also didn’t notice 5 p.m. check-in. Overall we enjoyed our stay and nothing beats sleeping on the ocean!

Beach view was fabulous. The living room furniture was the opposite of that. Very uncomfortable. Don't like small tables or high ones. I'm old fashioned I guess. I understand the table is so that the crummy living room furniture fits. Overall would only revisit this site if it had better furniture. Also the bed was hard. Hard beds don't get along with my body.
