Welcome to Rockaway Beach, your home away from home! This 3-bedroom, 4.5 bath is conveniently located to the beach, ocean and only 0.3 miles to the popular St. Simons pier village with the best restaurants and shopping!
The ground floor features a two car garage with a bonus TV room, pull-out couch and full bathroom in between. Make your way out back to a private pool, beautiful outdoor space with room for yard games and furnishings to comfortably soak up the sun!
Take the stairs to the main floor where you enter the spacious kitchen and newly renovated powder bath. Off the kitchen you'll find the dining room that leads to a large living room with cathedral ceilings, perfect for entertaining friends and family. The master suite offers a king size bed, plenty of natural light and a completely-renovated en suite bathroom. This master bath boasts a soaking tub, shower with regular and rainfall shower heads and a laundry room.
Follow the open staircase to the top level that contains two additional guest bedrooms with private baths. The âBig Surâ room offers a queen bed with two closets, a desk and full bathroom with shower/tub combo. The âRowing Roomâ offers two twin beds with two closets, a desk and full bathroom with shower/tub combo as well.
Come stay a while and create unforgettable memories at Rockaway Beach!
Parking: Can fit 5 cars. There is a 2 car garage but one side is blocked off, with space for 4 additional vehicles in the driveway.
10'x16' Pool: Can be heated during the colder months for $100/day.
Beach: Located a couple blocks from the pier, which is a tide contingent beach. King & Prince Beach is only 1.6 miles away!
Pets: This property is NOT pet-friendly.
