NEW CONSTRUCTION! This is the place you have been looking for to escape it all! This house is 3/4 a mile to the beach and one mile to the St. Simons Pier and Village area. That's just the beginning! At Sandy Toes Cottage you will enjoy the all-new construction, 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath house that is located at the end of a very quiet street on a cul-de-sac.

Enjoy coastal living at its finest in this new Saint Simon's Development, Glynn Oaks, featuring beautiful floor plans, unmatched craftsmanship, combined with upgraded finishes to create the idyllic, luxury beach cottage. Double porches, over sized master suite on main floor, gourmet chefs kitchen with custom cabinets and upgraded top of the line appliances.

The living room features beautiful shiplap and large HD television above a gas fireplace. The dining room features a custom hand built table out of North Georgia and ample seating!

Downstairs you will also find a very spacious master bedroom with a gorgeous bathroom with double vanity and large walk in shower. Closet is large as well. Upstairs you’ll find three other bedrooms each with their own bathroom. Two queen beds in two of the bedrooms and a full and twin bunk bed with a trundle-great for kids!!

All of the furniture here is brand-new and the house has been professionally decorated by our interior designer.

Beautiful home!

This was our first visit to St. Simons Island. It is a beautiful place to visit. This property is in a great location and was extremely comfortable. We enjoyed hanging out at the house as much as we did exploring the island!

5 Star Accommodations on St Simon

What a great place to stay. Lots of room, clean, everything was new, each bedroom had its own bathroom, the Blackstone Grill was awesome and you cannot beat the location. Excellent communication. We will definitely be back!!!

Family Beach Trip

Very Nice, very clean & spacious....as we had children I picked up all the beautiful decor before the grandkids got there! The only thing this house needs is a rocking chair on the front porch! We loved it:)

Everything was excellent from beginning to end. The place is absolutely gorgeous. Pictures do it no justice. Ryan was attentive and communication was flawless. Just a mile from the beach. A great choice for your St Simons visit.

Lovely home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this home. Everything was well appointed and plenty of room for us 2 adults and 2 teen boys for the long weekend. It was especially nice that it was such a new home! There are a few issues I will point out to the manager separately that will hopefully make the next visitors stay even more enjoyable. Would definitely stay here again on our next trip to SSI!

Outstanding!

Great location! Very nice house everything is brand new. We walked to Crabdaddys for dinner and rode bikes to everywhere we wanted to go.. had a fabulous time. I cannot say enough good things about the house and the manager (Ryan) who was very accommodating with any questions and pointers that we needed. Great host and amazing house! Highly recommend!!! Can’t wait to come back for our next trip!

Perfect Location- best of both worlds

This house was pretty much in the perfect location for accessing both the North and South side of SSI. We did some fishing trips north on the Hampton River and ate at the fun restaurants in the Village (south). Such a lovely home- new and clean and well appointed! Awesome if you are bringing a skiff- at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac with all new high-end homes and perfect for keeping a small boat if you are into fishing.

We all needed to getaway

We needed a street level home with a master on the main due to our 16 year old border collie unable to do stairs any longer. We were surprised to see how nice of home we had rented. We love to cook and the kitchen was ideal with quality appliances and cookware. Will be coming back for sure.

St Simons Island vacation

We had a great time during our family vacation at Ryan's home on St Simons Island. The home was exactly as shown in the photos and we felt completely at home during our stay. This is a newly built home and we felt as we were the first visitors. Clean throughout and stocked with all the essentials in Kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms. Centrally located in SSI so all sites we visited were no more than a 5min drive away. Ryan was also easy to communicate with throughout our stay . Quiet neighborhood / cul-de-sac with all newly built homes on the block. We will definitely be going back to SSI and hope to stay at Ryan's again.

Fantastic House & Host

We rented the house to celebrate my twin's 16 Birthday for the week. They each brought a friend so 4 teenagers and 2 adults the house was a perfect size for our group! Teenagers upstairs with plenty of space for 2 teenager girls and 2 boys, 3 rooms and 3 bathrooms. The house was so clean and had literally everything we needed! Lots of towels and HVAC worked great ! Great laundry room that actually had laundry detergent and dryer sheets. Everything in the house worked and plenty of parking for our very big rental SUV and 6 passenger golf cart. A house where everything worked! The kitchen had anything you would need to cook a meal and great appliances. Also coffee pods were provided. The Host Ryan was the best I’ve ever encountered and I used VRBO all the time! We will definitely be back to “Toes in the Sand”Shari

At Salty Toes Cottage you will enjoy the all-new construction, 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath house located at the end of a very quiet street on a cul-de-sac in a high end subdivision.

Everything here is brand new, the house was finished in mid 2021 and we have all new furniture here, linens, even newer upgraded appliances, and had the place professionally decorated by a local interior designer. Most our of guests ride bikes, rent a golf cart to get around - it is in a great location in a super super safe part of town.
