The tasteful and timeless decor, complemented by comfortable furnishings, creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. Each bedroom is thoughtfully appointed with cozy beds and modern amenities, ensuring a blissfully comfortable stay.

Elevating your retreat, our vacation home also features a charming guest house designed to accommodate up to 5 guests. Boasting a delightful decorative theme catering to dog lovers, it provides an intimate and private escape for an unforgettable vacation.

Bedroom Layout:
Primary Suite: King bed, large en suite bathroom, located upstairs
Second King: Also upstairs, this King bedroom has an en suite bathroom as well
Queen Suite: Located on the main floor, en suite bathroom
Guest Room: Queen bed upstairs
Guest House: Private suite with queen bed, plus 3 bunks for kids (kids only please in the bunks), the apartment is detached from the main house, over the garage.
Please note, the garage itself is not for guest use.

Guest Access:
Guests have private access to the entire home and guest house. Guests do not have access to the garage.

The Neighborhood:
Located in St. Simons Pier Village district - this area serves as the downtown social hub and is a popular destination for shopping, dining and other activities. Nearby there is a lighthouse, playground and picnic areas. St. Simons Lighthouse and Museum is close by as well as Neptune Park. Neptune Park features an ocean side pool and facilities, playground, miniature golf course, and an oak shaded picnic area, fishing pier, public library and theater.

Getting Around:
You will need a vehicle to navigate the island. Golf cart rentals are also extremely popular. We have plenty of parking available for both!

Other Things to Note:
There are security cameras covering the full exterior of the home. This includes the front and backyard. There are no security cameras on the inside of the home.
No pets.
Minimum age to book is 25. ID is required.
No parties or events.
No smoking/vaping inside or outside the home.
