The property was beautiful, clean, and very well stocked, with close proximinity to Wisp. We loved it! We got a message saying we needed to bring everything from toilet paper to dish detergent. This was not accurate - it was supplied so your message should be changed. It was a pain to drag all that stuff along and then not need it.Also, there was no ice melt. When I texted, it took Taylor Made about 48 hours to deliver, which kind of defeated the point since it snowed throughout our stay. The property also needs a mat inside the front door to prevent ice and snow from getting all over the place.These issues were minor, but I wanted to mention them so that they can be remedied.

The kitchen was adequate for our simple needs. The great room was comfortable, as was the bed. The view of the lake was nice. Sad to learn the pool was not open while we were there. A few light bulbs need replaced.

We loved having our meals on the deck while watching activity on the lake. The place is conveniently located near stores and restaurants. The pool is just a couple doors down from where we stayed. While most information is located on the property management’s portal, checkout information is sent in an email. Although we had booked our trip through Vrbo and received confirmation of our trip, we were caught off guard by an email from property management saying our reservation would be canceled and our deposit forfeited if we didn’t sign a separate contract with them. We were further surprised to see within the contract that “substitutions to a different property reasonably comparable to the original property reserved, including size and location if and where possible” could occur if the original property is not available. Since we had planned our trip and activities based on the location of this property and Vrbo had confirmed our reservation, it was perplexing to be informed that that may change. The contract also stated, “The property may be for sale and real estate showings may be required. Guest agrees to allow real estate agent access to the unit. Taylor-Made will attempt to provide guests with 24-hour notice when able to do so.” Over the years we have made multiple reservations using Vrbo and until the reservation for this property, we had never received “a binding legal contract”separate from the Vrbo reservation. We loved the unit and its location.

Nice location for first time stay in the area - close to dining, grocery and shopping & mini golf. Clean with comfortable furniture. Nice view of lake from living room & back deck.

The unit was very clean and well furnished. The Xbox in the living room was an unexpected surprise (maybe I missed it in the listing). The close proximity to all of the fun things Deep Creek Lake has to offer was a huge plus. Most attractions were within 10 min, with only a couple (the nature center and Swallow Falls) being closer to 15/20 min respectively. I highly recommend staying here if you're planning a trip to Deep Creek Lake!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The check-in process was simple and the team was reaponsive when we reached out to them. We were close to the State Parks and other activities, and he accomodations were very comfortable with good views of the lake. Our sons liked the variety of games, as well! Thank you

Great location and beautiful views

We enjoyed our time at Sunplace. It was close to all of the attractions and had a beautiful view. We were able to walk across the street to the lake. The home was comfortable and well-equipped. The kids enjoyed having the games and toys available.

Cozy condo in a good location

The condo was nice and felt cozy. Good location that was close to all things to do at Deep Creek. The unit could have been cleaned a little better though. Overall, a nice experience by the lake.

Overall, it was nice. My only complaint would be that the pool is not heated, and the unit lists that it has a fenced yard. While there is a fence, it is for privacy from the road. The left and right side are wide open. Not ideal for dogs. Beds were comfortable, AC and Heat were great. Took no time at all to cool down or heat up (odd time of year)Kitchen had good pots and pans, quality appliances and silverware. The puzzles had all their pieces! You never see that!

Pleasant Stay

My family enjoyed the stay, the location was great. We would definitely stay here again but just had a couple suggestions. There seemed to be a lot of black dog hair on everything, which is understandable since it allowed pets , but there was the same hair on the bed linens and pillows too. Also, the neighbors in the unit beside us started doing work on their unit late at night and early morning which was a lot of hammering and noise which was unexpected. Otherwise we enjoyed the house

Great house for visiting Wisp

The place was exactly as advertised. It was cute and had everything we needed. Would want to stay here again if we do another weekend at Wisp
