Very clean and nicely decorated. The host was very prompt about answering our questions. When we didn’t have utensils for the grill, she was quick to get them to us. One thing to note however, is that there is quite a bit of noise from vehicles driving on the road in front of the house.

Loved everything about my stay

Beautifully renovated space. Very comfortable and spacious. Central to all that makes Oswego such a special place. We will look no further for a place to stay when we come to town, as we found this place to be PERFECT.

Weekend Stay

Our stay was for the purpose of a SUNY Oswego commencement. There were six of us there, parents and grandparents. The house and furnishings were exactly as the photos shown on the website. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom showers were very modern and with bidets.The kitchen and living room area was great for gathering.The owners were both very friendly. There is a nice gift shop on the property to browse. Unfortunately for us we could not enjoy the nice deck and yard as it rained all weekend while we were there. Everything is in this house that you'll need for your stay. Enjoy!

Modern Gem in Fruit Valley

Jo-el's home in the best of a modern home in a country setting. The home has everything you would need in a homestay: a beautiful and well-appointed kitchen, comfortable beds, gorgeous bathrooms, and spacious living space. The furnishings are top notch. She and her husband are attentive hosts - seeking to make your visit warm and inviting. Two bonuses are the peaceful back deck overlooking a pond and the access to walking trails to Rice Creek Field Station. The only minor downside is the road noise to 104. Jo-el and her husband have put great care and attention to every detail in this home. It made our visit to Oswego even more special,

Beautiful apartment with state of the bathrooms. Great location as we were attending our daughter’s graduation from Oswego. The host was easy to reach. I would Definetly stay here again.

comfortable for family

This property was a great place to stay for our eclipse watching visit to Oswego. The apartment is very updated with probably the most modern bathrooms I've ever experienced! The compact scale of Oswego means that almost everything is within about 10 minutes which was nice. Didn't use the grill or back porch but they would have been nice if we had more time. Our party consisted of a couple, our 16 year old daughter and my 83 year old father. The property suited us all well.
