Nestled in the heart of the downtown district with beautiful views of City Hall. Minutes from the acclaimed Salmon fishing in either Lake Ontario, or the Oswego River. A short drive to the Oswego Speedway or SUNY Oswego. Inside our home you are greeted by tasteful decor, a convenient gas fireplace, two full baths, two bedrooms sleeping six, and a dining area with ample seating. Our kitchen is stocked with all the necessities to prepare a meal, or a short walk to many eateries.

The first level boasts a spacious bedroom and full bathroom with walk-in shower. Well appointed kitchen with full size appliances. Dining table that seats six. Living room large and cozy with a flat screen television and gas fireplace. Second floor consisting of another full bathroom with tub and shower unit. Second floor bedroom with two queen size beds, flat screen television, wine cooler, and storage closet.

This home is incredibly clean and check in and out was so easy. Great kitchen and comfortable beds - I would definitely stay here again :)

The house was very clean with a perfect location.I don't want to take any stars away for this but the beds were very uncomfortable and one of them upstairs slants because the floors are so old they aren't level. All three beds were just a mattress on plywood. All of the floors creak loudly. If you have a partner or family member who sleeps lightly, this isn't the home for you. Half of the floors are soft, almost spongy. They have remodeled but none of the floors are level. Again, none of this was worth taking stars away. Just more for informational purposes.

This property was perfect for 4 adults. Downtown was walkable and we enjoyed dining at 3 of the owners suggested restaurants. The house was clean and quiet in a nice area.

Great stay for graduation weekend.

Stayed her for graduation weekend at Oswego. Home was very close to school and within walking distance of downtown attractions. Place was very clean and charming. Communication with host was very easy and check in was a breeze.

Great Location for SUNY Parents

House was better than the pictures depict. Owner easy to deal with and the location is perfect if you want to access downtown. So much better than staying in a hotel!

Amazing house that is perfect to stay in. My family (6 of us) went to the Renaissance fair in Sterling last weekend and it was a perfect place to stay, only about 15 minutes away. It fit us perfect, had everything we needed, and was a perfect place to walk around at night. Super close to everything, and the town is beautiful. Would definitely stay here again the next time we go to the Renaissance fair!

Updated historic home

We loved the location. It was so clean and beautifully decorated. We had plenty of room to enjoy family meals and some family card games ! It was comfortable to enjoy a few Netflix shows as well Thanks for providing a great home for our stay

Great place!

The house was spotless and we loved the decor. We had a slight issue with the televisions not connecting with the wifi, which was resolved almost immediately. The location is perfect -- close to all downtown has to offer, close enough to campus to visit a student you may have at Oswego State, but still far away enough that it's quiet. We would definitely consider staying at this property again!

A Good Fit

This house was exactly what the crew needed for our stay in Oswego. The location is a short walk to downtown, but just enough away to be in a quiet area. Close to top notch New York fishing and watersports.
