Seaside Beach and Racquet Club Unit 1116 in Orange Beach, AL, is a cozy vacation rental in a beachfront complex, with easy access to the beach. This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo features a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living area, and a private patio on the ground level. No stairs or waiting for an elevator.

The master bedroom offers guests 1 King Bed with adjoining bathroom which provides a combo soaking Tub/Shower. Bedroom 2 offers a queen bed and a full futon. Each bedroom provides guests with a TV. The Guest Bathroom offers a Tub/Shower Combo with 1 Vanity Sink. Towels/washcloths are provided.

Enjoy each other’s company in the living area while relaxing on the Sofa or choose to watch another episode of your favorite series on the Large Flat Screen TV.

This tropical complex, offers a grilling area, fitness room, shuffleboard court, sauna - steam room and an indoor heated pool. To compliment these areas picnic tables are also provided. The memories are endless in the provided amenities at this unit.

The complex also offers ample parking with easy access to the condo. Simply walk straight to the condo, beach, or pool. Life is easy at the beach! Just a short walk or drive from the unit, you will find a vast variety of shopping, mini-golfing, water parks, fine dining, and so much more.

Important Information
Parking passes are $50 a piece and subject to change at anytime per the HOA. One is included with your reservation and if you need the additional pass please contact us. Two passes max.

*Primary guest must be 25 years or older unless approved by Signature Properties.

Due to fraud, a driver's license and selfie must be uploaded as well as a Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement with Signature Properties must be electronically signed to secure your reservation.

Cancellation Policy:
A reservation deposit of 25% is due at time of reservation and will be applied to total amount. The balance of the total amount is due on or before 90 days (house) or 60 days (condo) or 180 days (rentals more than 13 nights) from arrival.

A 60 day notice (condos) or 90 day notice (houses) or 180 days (rentals for more than 13 nights) from arrival date is required for any cancellation to receive a refund of deposit. The $99 Reservation Fee is non-refundable and a Cancellation Fee of $100 will apply. If less than required notice is given, every effort will be made to re-rent the property. If we are unable to rent the property, no refunds will be due. If the property is re-rented at full rental rate, you will receive a refund less the Cancellation Fee and Non-Refundable Reservation Fee.
