We enjoyed our stay! Everything was clean and the view was great! A few things seemed a little run down - vinyl coming off the guest bathroom vanity, but overall, we loved this place!

My room overlooked the pool n the beautiful beach n gulf. Everything was very clean except the floor needed sweeping n mopping. Gritty. Everything is there you need. Had a beautiful stay.

The ongoing construction that we were not made aware of, made this trip extremely difficult. The front was completely closed meaning that no deliveries could be made for food or groceries which is crucial without a vehicle of our own. The noise during the day made rest unbearable. Our check in process was extremely difficult as we could not figure out how to even get in the building. Finally a security guard helped us get inside. Other than this, the property was lovely.

I loved how clean and nicely organized the condo was. I loved that there was a noise ordnance for 10pm. I could not really hear any other people outside of the condo. Which was great for us to take afternoon naps. It was a great trip the condo was amazing.

Great Condo for Family Fall Break

Stayed in Oct. 2022 for Fall break with my husband and teenage son. We thought the condo was great. The location is excellent. The property is well maintained. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. We never had to wait long on an elevator. Overall, we'd stay here again.

Would stay again!

The location was great, next to everything. So clean when we arrived. No wait time. Property staff were all super nice and helpful. They have carts to help you load and unload which was unexpected and helpful. Plenty of room for the amount of people we had. View was so beautiful. Cant wait to book our next stay.

Family Vacation 24

This was our third trip to Orange Beach & our first time at the Phoenix VII. Description were very accurate, the building was nice the unit definitely needed some updates. The only issue we had was with a very rude security guard. Other than that our stay was great!

Excellent condo, beautiful views

We’ve stayed in Phoenix 7 and although this condo could use some updating, it was a very comfortable stay. The condo didn’t seem as clean as some other ones we have stayed in, but I think this was more of the age of this unit and the fact that fresh paint and new flooring would make it feel much cleaner. The beds were super comfortable. I would recommend bringing some extra blankets though because there were none besides what was on the beds which was just a light sheet and thin quilt. We love the view and the location. For the price we feel like this unit is a bargain! We love this building and all the amenities it has to offer. Will definitely be back.
