Gaddy Heights Getaway-Spacious Home w/Spectacular Views!

Welcome to Gaddy Heights Getaway! This lovely home is very spacious and offers the most incredible views. It is perfect for families or groups that want to experience a little piece of Great Smoky Mountain paradise.

Relax in a rocking chair on the expansive covered porch, soak in the amazing scenery, and watch the deer stroll by. Or enjoy a glass of wine and roast marshmallows at the fire pit. With a gas fireplace, WiFi, and fully stocked kitchen, you will have everything you need for a fantastic escape.

Located in Waynesville, this inviting home is perfect for those who want to get away from it all and enjoy nature, and yet still be close to area attractions. Gaddy Heights is just minutes to downtown historic Waynesville with its quaint shops and delicious restaurants. Beautiful Maggie Valley, home to the Cataloochee Ski Area, Tube World, and the Festival Grounds is just a few miles from the house, and Cherokee, Harrah’s Casino, and the Great Smoky Mountain’s National Park are also just a short drive away. For our guests that would like a day trip, the Biltmore Estate in Asheville is less than an hour from the house.

When you first arrive, you will find parking for up to 6 vehicles, as well as a spot in the garage. Travel up onto the expansive covered porch with plenty of seating to relax and enjoy some of the best Mountain View’s in the area!

You’ll enter the front door and find a spacious open floor plan with a combined living room, dining area and kitchen. There is plenty of cozy seating throughout the space, a gas log fireplace, and big screen TV with both direct TV and streaming.

The spacious kitchen is wonderful and has everything you will need to cook and enjoy a meal with friends and family. The kitchen offers plenty of counter space, additional seating at the breakfast bar, and some beautiful views to enjoy through the kitchen window.

On this main floor you’ll also find an incredible master bedroom with a luxurious king bed, high end linens, and a smart TV. The attached full bath has an amazing garden tub and a separate shower.

Two other comfortable bedrooms are located on this floor with queen beds, smart TVs in each room and an additional full bath. There is also a laundry room on this level that our guests are welcome to use during their stay.

Travel upstairs to the second floor and you’ll find an amazing library and office area with plenty of space to relax, as well as everything you may need to work remotely. There are an additional two bedrooms up here as well as an additional full bath.

Back downstairs, you can travel outside and enjoy the incredible property often visited by local wildlife. Curl up in an Adirondack chair at the fire pit, roast marshmallows and enjoy the mountain air.
