Golden Hour - A Southside Home

Just off the thriving Main Street scene is Golden Hour - an urban oasis where you can walk out the door and be in the heart of the Southside with its trendy restaurants, coffee shops, taprooms, and nightlife.
Inside is a modern yet deliciously comfy space to call home during your stay in Chattanooga. Enjoy the city lights on the turfed rooftop terrace with stunning views of the surrounding mountains and the skyline including the Choo Choo. ***Our home is dog friendly just like our city!

First Floor:

Second Floor:

*the primary bedroom occupies the full 2nd floor with no door.

Third Floor:
- Workspace with desk
- Daybed with additional trundle underneath
- Smart Roku HDTV
*there is no door to separate off the second and third floors.

Third Floor Rooftop Terrace:
- Artificial turf
- BBQ grill
- Outdoor seating
- Dining for 2

Golden Hour is in the Southside - a trendy walkable neighborhood in Downtown Chattanooga known for its restaurants, coffee shops, and taprooms.

Chattanooga is very walkable and this location is the best for it`s walkability. However, Southside is an easy area to drive and bike to other areas close by. There is room for 1 car to park and additional paid street parking.
- If dishes are not started before checking out, there will be a charge of $25.00.

- If trash is not taken out before checking out, there will be a charge of $25.00.

- No more than 4 guests are allowed. Undisclosed additional guests will result in a penalty of $200/guest.

- We do allow up to 2 dogs 75 lbs or less. There is a $120 fee per dog. We do not allow cats at this time. We do have a strict no dogs on furniture policy. If this is violated, there will be a charge of $50.

- Please remember to pick up after your pets goes to the bathroom, as failure to do so will result in a $100 charge.

- We will not accept any last minute alterations made to the reservation within 7 days of booking.

- Please keep 1st floor, 2nd floor, and 3rd floor on the same mode setting (HEAT or COOL). If they are on separate settings, the system could freeze. Feel free to change temperature.

- No events are allowed. If any event policy is violated there will automatically be a $150 charge and be reported to Airbnb for possible termination of reservation.

- Left Behind Items: Guest is responsible for all shipping costs, plus a $50 convenience fee, for any Lost and Found items that Owner is requested to return to Guest. Items found and not claimed within 7 days will be disposed of at the discretion of Owner.

- Please note that this unit can not receive mail and there is no key for the mailbox on site.
