This place was dirty. Beds were not changed or made. Crumbs on the counter top, human feces on the toilet seats. I was supposed to receive a refund and they just stopped responding to me. Absolutely would not reccomend.

Nice appt

We were there to organize a golftournament. It was a 10 minute drive to the venue and the same to the falls. It was perfect for the goal of our visit. The parking is included which can be expensive near the falls so that’s really nice.The appartement was great, everything very new.

Short business trip

Stayed here and attended a conference at the Scotia convention centre. Great spot to have off the strip and out of traffic. Very comfortable place walking distance from falls. Very much enjoyed staying here. I did have to send ID and fill out a form with visa for incidentals but all was legit

This is a scam operation. The booking page did not mention that guests would need to send their personal ID and credit card information to the host online before check-in. When we questioned the necessity and safety of this request and offered to provide the information in person, the host refused. As a result, the host withheld check-in details, even though we had paid in full, and they refused to refund us. We were forced to book another hotel. When we contacted customer service, they advised us not to send our credit card information to the host, but they were powerless to do anything about the host’s actions. This is a complete scam, and we have reported the incident to the local police.

Clean, comfortable & convenient Niagara Falls stay

Everything about this stay was great! The communication with the host, convenient location, cleanliness and comfort of the home and our overall experience could not have been better! The patio is so nice for morning coffee & after exploring all day, the bedroom TVs were great to relax & wind down. There is a Walmart close by for grabbing groceries & essentials, plenty of food options nearby & getting to the falls or Clifton Hill is quick & easy. Having a dedicated parking space was super convenient too. We had a great time and a perfect stay!

Nice apartment conveniently located.

We enjoyed the apartment very much, it was clean and looked just as nice as the pictures showed. The neighborhood had markets and restaurants close by and it was a short five to Niagara Falls.

Niagara Falls stay

Wonderful and clean property. Great size for parents and adult son. Walking to Falls is about 15 minutes but an easy and direct path. Enjoyed the stay out of all of the main street glitz, an easy walk or Uber to the Falls.

Family vacay

It was very nice and accommodating. We just didn't know there were so many stairs. Our grandkids helped us carry the luggage. Also, the garbage outside the unit was overflowing. Overall we enjoyed it very much.

Nice Place Near the Falls!

This place was a short drive from the Falls and all of the attractions. The place was clean and as advertised. There was an assigned parking spot which was very convenient. There was some minor issues with the reservation process making sure everything was set prior to our arrival such as the paperwork and check-in information was not given until asked for after the posted check-in time.
