Profitez de votre « chez-vous loin de chez vous » grâce à une cuisine entièrement équipée et à tous les autres conforts d'un foyer.

La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec des couverts, des casseroles et poêles, un lave-vaisselle, un micro-ondes, etc. La machine Keurig est fournie avec une grande variété de dosettes de café et de café décaféiné, et je mets toujours à votre disposition un large choix de thés.

Le salon/salle à manger, la cuisine et la salle de bains se trouvent tous au rez-de-chaussée. Il y a une chambre au rez-de-chaussée et deux chambres au premier étage.

We actually needed the owners help with electrical difficulties and he was a ROCK STAR!!! He solved our problem right away with a free up grade that was available. Our stay was fantastic and the breakfasts were SO GOOD! Thank you for the stay! I would recommend this owner!!!

The house was in a great location to walk to the Falls. It was an easy 15 minute walk. The breakfast was delicious and a nice touch. Only negative was the neighbor’s backyard light went off and on all night long and shined into the back bedroom.

We had a great visit to the Niagara region and John's place served as a comfortable and cozy homebase. The house is old and definitely showing its age, but there was space for 2 teens and 2 adults. The hot and fresh breakfast delivered every morning was a wonderful addition.The neighborhood is quiet, but there is a lot of construction on the street. The backyard isn't very functional and the property could use some updates and modern touches (USB ports, updated bathroom, etc) The walk to Clifton Hill is easy and straightforward, about 10 minutes. Add an extra 15 minutes to access the beautiful Falls views. John was easy to communicate with and check-in/out was seamless.

This is an older cottage but was clean and close to the Falls. The owner was very responsive as well. The bedrooms upstairs were initially warm but if you open the bathroom doors and leave the bedroom doors open, or at least cracked, it’s fine. The bedroom downstairs was very cool and one of the bedrooms had a fan. The only issue we had was we couldn’t figure out how to use the TV, there were no instructions and it was too late to contact the owner. If you’re looking for a reasonably priced and good location then this is it. John also provided breakfast every morning

Cozy and clean with a welcoming host. Breakfast felt fresh and satisfying. We even received complimentary upgrades twice, and when our car broke down, he let us stay past check-out. Highly recommend!

We had such a wonderful stay at this cozy 3-bedroom cottage! John was an amazing host, quick to respond, and so thoughtful. The breakfast each morning was a perfect way to start our day. The house itself was adorable, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We loved how walkable the area was and appreciated the off-street parking for multiple cars. Can’t wait to come back and stay here again!

Extremely impressed with our stay! John was very accommodating, thoughtful and easy to contact. Great location (close to Clifton and all the attractions) and delicious fresh and hot breakfast. Would definitely stay again!

This house was perfect for us for a few days at Christmas time. The breakfast was amazing! It was very nice to have a full kitchen and our own space for the holiday. We could easily walk to restaurants and shops and get around town. We would definitely stay at this house again.

Good location

The property is in a very quiet road, close to everything so there's no need to use the car once parked. There's a small deck area outside which was a bonus and the delivered breakfasts were enjoyed by everyone.

Wonderful Vacation Home Close to Niagara Falls

Everything about the house was as advertised or better. Checkin was a breeze, everything was clean and ready when we arrived. The house is ridiculously close, well within walking distance to all the attractions around Niagara Falls. If that wasn’t enough, John brought a very delicious breakfast every morning. Small but comfortable

We really enjoyed our stay here while being tourists on the Canadian side of the falls. It's close to everything, but out of the super-busy areas. It was the perfect size for our family of 4, and the breakfast every morning was a wonderful bonus. The house was clean and in good condition. We would definitely stay there again.

Location!

The location is great! The host brought us hot breakfast every morning, nice touch! We had one small issue we didn't even know about, the host found out, fixed it, and let us know before we even knew there was a problem. Highly recommend you give this property a chance!

Worth it for the breakfast alone

Staying at this location was worth it for the breakfast alone! The house is an easy walk to Clifton hill and the falls. The only negative is that there is an abandoned warehouse at the corner of the road that made us uncomfortable walking past at night with the kids. Those nights we just drove into town. The beds and linens were very comfortable and the host was wonderful. Would stay at this location again.

The house was clean, comfy and stocked nicely, a bit smaller than we thought but still suited our family of 4(2 adults, 2 kids) perfectly. The host was fantastic as he brought us breakfast every morning at 9am! The location was great and only a few minutes walk to the attractions but I don't recommend walking back to the house after dark, take your car and pay the 10 for all day parking, well worth it. Overall great value for the money and we would def stay there again :) Thank you

Nice clean cozy home. Perfect location near all the Falls attractions.Only one drawback of sharing driveway with neighbors. So owner has a spot in front yard for a car.Breakfast in AM was a plus. Owner had ideas for activities too. Thanks John

I am former hotelier and have been involved in Niagara’s tourism and hospitality industry since I was ten years old. Having a history degree has led me to embrace Niagara’s colourful past and I can often be found conversing with guests on topics ranging from local geology to the wild wacky adventures of Niagara’s daredevils. I have traveled extensively in North America and Europe and can speak German, French, English, and Hungarian.

In between various stints in the local hospitality industry, I founded and still operate a software development firm which builds reservation and ticketing engines.

The other passion is the restoration of historical buildings.
I look forward to hosting you at one of our properties.
