The main house accommodates 10 guests in 5 bedrooms. The H-shaped floor plan enables the bedroom wing to tuck into a grove of junipers. The master bedroom is fitted with a king-size bed and an en suite full bathroom. It boasts floor to ceiling windows that immerse you into the countryside.

Two other bedrooms have king beds, one bedroom has a queen, and the small fifth bedroom has a twin over twin bunk bed.

The bedroom in the casita has a king-size bed and an en suite full bathroom. The living room has a trundle bed for two guests. Please note guests sleeping on the living room trundle bed will need to go through the bedroom to access the bathroom.

The kitchen is stocked with basic necessities plus a coffee bar with organic coffee beans, a french press, and a drip coffee maker. The dining area seats up to 4 guests.

This is a dog-friendly home as long as your dog is well trained and housebroken. The home and casita are fitted with a smart door lock and parking for vehicles is available on the premises.

- A 30,000 gallon rain water cistern provides water to the house. We appreciate guests being mindful of water usage.
-The property is located at the end of a long dirt road; the road can get muddy when it rains.
-No parties or events.
-No glass by the pool.
-No smoking.
-By booking, you accept responsibility for any damage/extra cleaning costs your dog causes during the stay. No dogs left home alone unless crated. Please clean up after your pet. $150 pet fee.
-Hosts retain the right to require immediate removal of any dog if the animal is being disruptive to the neighborhood, causing damage, posing a risk to people or other animals, or for other major violations.
-Undisclosed pets will be an automatic $200 charge.
