The location of the condo first floor was convenient to walk to the pool and beach. We could hear people upstairs but would stay there again. Our family enjoyed our stay and would recommend for a family of 12. The location was in walking distance to several restaurants. We really enjoyed our trip!

We have stayed at Dauphin Island Beach for many years and have always had an excellent experience until this year. When we arrived at the unit it was very dirty and run down. It is need of repairs. The manager of the complex was very kind and apologetic and she did have someone come and clean somewhat. I would not recommend this unit, but the complex itself is great and the management are wonderful.

We had a great time. There is a bit of a walk to the beach, but the condo is conveniently located by the pool and by the boardwalk. The condo had all we needed. We would definitely stay again.

Our room was very dirty upon check-in with visible mildew/mold growing in the jet tubs and showers, dust/dirt/sand/hair visible on furniture, walls, and bathrooms. We found snot wiped on the walls. The kitchen was dirty with food splatter and the dishes were not properly cleaned. Dog hair was found all over a bed and furniture though it is supposed to be animal-free. Our kids are allergic... The cleaning crew addressed the mold/mildew by spraying bleach leaving the facility with a strong smell. They mopped the floors which turned out kids' feet black upon arrival. They did not fully clean the other areas of the unit properly. The management corrected my terminology on calling the black substance mold instead of mildew and said I would need an environmental professional before he would agree that it was mold. Truly missing the point of walking into a very dirty unit late with our children after hours of travel. It was rude to do that and then walk out. We had to spend an entire night before the management addressed/responded to our concerns. The unit was not to our standards of cleanliness and we can never return. Vrbo was helpful with the process and tried to also contact the host several times. Besides the minor cleaning performed and the rusted moldly shower head replaced, we received 300 dollar compensation. The cleaning crew called us hostile which we had many witnesses that it was a lie. We only spoke our concerns appropriately. We enjoyed the beach it is easy to access.

The condo was was an excellent place for a large family to stay . It had everything you would need . We could walk from the balcony directly to the pool.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We has plenty of space and loved the ground floor access. We have a special needs child, and it made it so much easier for us to be able to walk right out to the pool and be so close to our unit. We would love to visit again next year!

Nice Family Vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Very accommodating for the age range of our family (7-67). There were some small shops and places to eat within walking distance. We could step right outside the door to the pool or take a little walk to the beach. Very clean and hosts were accommodating. Definitely would stay here again.

We had a great stay! The unit is actually two that are connected so it was perfect for our multi family stay. The back, smaller unit had a small kitchen and stackable washer dryer in addition to the main areas full sized ones. The second small living area with pull out couch is perfect for teens and kids. Two bedrooms had TVs, and two did not.Ground floor location was excellent...just steps out to the pool and the walk to the beach is a decent trek, but they have a nice boardwalk. The unit had everything we needed and was well kept. We hope to be back in the future!
