This place was fantastic, the pool was a big hit with my granddaughter! The beach was a short walk! Restaurants down the road! Would definitely recommend this place!!

Could not have had a better time with extended family at Sonny Daze. It’s perfectly located right on the beach and a pool that the kids & adults both loved! Would definitely stay here again

Paradise for a week.

Absolutely loved our stay at Sonny Days. The home was just as it was described and then some. Spacious enough for my grandbabies to run and play, the great room was perfect for family meals and game nights. The pool was where they spent most of there time and it was wonderful to sit on the deck above and enjoy the laughter and soak up the memories.

Our stay was amazing, the host, Jennifer was very responsive and the views of the sunset were amazing! The heated pool was a hit with the kids! We stayed over New Years Eve and had a blast. I highly recommend this property.

Sonny Daze had everything we could have asked for in our stay. Our kids loved the pool , I loved the views and the beds were fantastic. We will be back. Jennifer answered every call and went above and beyond to meet every need.

Beautiful beach and views

We had a very enjoyable stay at this property. The beach views were beautiful and created a relaxing atmosphere for our visit. The pool and deck were great for spending time outdoors. Beach access was easy and convenient. The home was spacious and comfortable. While we enjoyed our experience, the property is showing its age and could benefit from some general upkeep. We also encountered an issue with the washing machine not working during our stay which was inconvenient but just bad timing. The host was great to work with - responsive and professional. Overall this is a beautiful property in a great location.

A real treat! We'd had a couple of false starts with VRBO but Sonny Daze proved to be the perfect family vacation home. Location couldn't have been better. The layout was perfect with plenty of room for everybody. It was clean and enough provided that we didn't have to rush out to the store the minute we arrived. We are considering a return visit a little later in the season. It advertised heated pool but it was not. That did not stop the kids from having a blast! Thanks for a great stay!

We are so glad you had a great stay! We turn the pool heaters off May 1st, as the average temp during the day is in the 80's. Thank you for staying with us!

Family trip to celebrate 25th Anniversary

Our family of 7 adults, 3 teens, and 2 children had a wonderful stay at Sonny Daze in Dauphin Island this past week. The house is beautifully decorated with an open floor plan. Wonderful views of the Gulf (close enough to see and hear waves) and a short walk to get right to the water. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool every evening while we cooked dinner. We loved that the house is big enough for everyone to have their own nice space and the beautiful views from every bedroom! We are already looking at availability for our next trip. Thank you Jennifer for being such a wonderful host!

Great in every way

Pool was such a luxury. Our small kids loved it maybe more than the beach. The bunk beds were a fun experience for the kids. We often found ourselves on the back porch watching seagulls, pelicans, and the occasional plane/helicopter. One time the refrigerator had a problem, but management quickly repaired it seamlessly. Can't say anything bad about our experience here.
