House was beautiful, clean, new, and spacious. Great view of the Guif from the back deck. Pool was well maintained and added a great touch to the experience. Plenty of room for friends and family in the main room. Kitchen was well equipped.Host provided timely information and check in was a breeze. Would definitely recommend.

Great Dauphin Island Family Rental

Our family of 5 adults and one toddler thoroughly enjoyed spending time at "Quarter Deck." Beautiful home, lots of room for everyone and a great location, close to the beach! Spacious and comfortable. Jennifer was incredibly helpful with instructions and information about the area. She always responded right away and answered any questions we had. I can't recommend this rental more!

Was a amazing stay

The house was magnificent and was way better in person. We have no complaints about this beautiful home down to it’s location a very short walk to the water can never be beat and they lady (Jennifer) that helped me through the whole booking was phenomenal above and beyond. We will be booking again for sure one of the must best experience ever.

The house is great. A perfect floorplan for our three couples and two young children. Lots of room for everyone to be together, but also space if you want to do your own thing. Huge deck, warm pool and easy walk to beach.

Very relaxing Fall vacation.

Quater Deck was very nicely laid out, especially for 4 couples. It checked all the boxes for an early Fall getaway! The deck view of the Gulf of America was beautiful. I would stay here again.

Immaculate home, beautifully decorated, was a perfect place for a long weekend. It actually lives much larger than its ample square footage so it could be ideal for 3-4 couples with its 4 bedrooms and private baths and a pool. There are multiple places to enjoy the large decks on comfortable furniture (breezy even in 90-degree weather). There were just two of us so it was more spacious than we 'needed' but we were looking for something peaceful and quiet without construction, traffic and other noise. The nearly constant peaceful dove cooing was the noisiest thing about the trip. What a lovely getaway!

Great Location and Family Friendly

We had four households on this trip and had more than enough room and space for everyone to hang out and also have privacy. The house was spotless and the pool was very clean. The elevator was a nice touch for hauling up groceries and luggage. The chair/umbrella rental recommendation was fantastic so we didn't have to haul items to the beach each day. Beds were comfortable, we never ran out of hot water, and the kitchen was fully stocked with dishes/utensils/cookware.

Beautiful property with a great view of the ocean and a one minute walk to the beach. The house was well organized, great layout — and the amenities were very nice. Kitchen was well equipped, with both a coffee pot and keurig. The pool was a great and convenient - we used it more than we originally thought. The decor is peaceful- and we appreciated all the intentional conversation groupings of furniture. Well done and an upscale and homey beach feel. Our only, very minor- constructive feedback is that we all got splinters from the beautiful, and brand new deck. We should have worn shoes, knowing that the deck was new. Host was very responsive and communicated well. Thank you!

There were 11 of us who stayed at this location. It was spacious, a close walk to the beach, and the pool on the deck was wonderful for the kids for in-between summer showers. It was an amazing week with wonderful, hospitable hosts. My family and I will choose this location again!

We absolutely loved our stay! The open floor plan was perfect, and the beachfront location with a view of the water made it even better. There were plenty of seating options for everyone to relax and enjoy.The elevator was a huge help when arriving and departing—it made moving our things in and out so much easier. I also really appreciated the door at the end of the bedroom hallway. It allowed me to get a good night’s sleep even when my teenagers were still up and hanging out.The pool was fantastic, and we were grateful for the gas grill—it made our hamburger night super easy. The wraparound porch was another favorite spot for relaxing and taking in the view.Thank you for providing essentials like laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, and hand and kitchen soap—it made settling in so convenient. The kitchen cabinets were well-stocked with what we needed but still had room for us to create a pantry for the week, which was perfect.Thank you again for having us! We had a wonderful time!
