Welcome home to the MO' ABventure, returning from your many adventures in Moab, relaxing, rejuvenating, and experiencing luxurious accommodations in a newly renovated modern rambler with basement detached home. You will find many amenities and conveniences that will get you ready for your MO' ABventure. Situated in a quiet, residential neighborhood close to town. We are close to world-renowned Arches and Canyonlands National Parks. Moab is also famous for its Jeep trails, mountain biking, hiking, and river adventures in the Colorado River, and do MO' ABventures is situated close to many of these activities.

BEDROOMS/BATHROOMS: Sleep restfully and wake up refreshed and rejuvenated in 5 bedrooms with attached bathrooms plus 1 twin over double w/ trundle bunk bed room (6 total bedrooms)with 3 king-size beds, 2 queen , which are fully furnished with high-end beds, pillow-top memory foam mattresses and hotel quality sheets, pillows, blankets, and comforters Extra blankets are available in every closet. Queen sofa sleeper is in game room and the is a full bath just off this area.

The bathrooms have quartz countertops and separate showers or tub/shower combo. You will find plenty of high-quality towels in each bathroom. Pool towels are also available.

KITCHEN: Be inspired to create a gourmet feast or to simply cook quick and easy meals in a fully furnished kitchen. Our kitchen, with quartz countertops and large sink, is equipped with everything you will need, including a blender, crock-pot, and waffle iron. You will find plenty of dinnerware and glassware, including stemless wine glasses. We also have melamine dinner plates, bowls, and tumblers for use in our patio dining area. We also have high-quality pots and pans and bake ware. Also included are all of the utensils you will need, such as wine opener, bottle opener, whisks, spatulas, and measuring spoons and cups.

FAMILY ROOM/ GAME ROOM 55-inch Smart TV, couch / queen sleeper, and sofa. Full size one piece slate pool table with ping ping topper. Arcade game with 12 games including Pac-Man and Galaga. 17' shuffleboard this amazing piece of history from the iconic Alta ski resort lodge,the table is 80 years old and still solid and amazing to play. It is great for tournaments and fun for all skill levels. Sorry for the disclaimer. These tables are for game play only. Please do NOT move, climb on, lean against or touch unnecessarily. Supervise the kids and those who act like kids.


COFFEE STATION: For our guests who are coffee lovers, we supply coffee, filters, and cups to make a great cup of coffee. We have a 12-cup coffee maker.

DINING ROOM AND PATIO: The dining room can seat 6 plus 3 bar seats inside and 8 outside. When the weather is perfect, enjoy a private fenced-in backyard with beautiful mountains views and a patio area pellet BBQ and outdoor seating for 8.

LIVING ROOM: Relax and entertain in the spacious and airy living room furnished with extra large sectional with 3 built-in recliners. XL Luvsac, warm throws, soft pillows, and a ceiling fan complete the cozy and elegant ensemble.

WIFI AND CABLE: For your viewing enjoyment, we have a 65-inch Smart TV in the living room, 55 Inch TV in the basement family room and 49-inch Smart TV in the master bedroom, installed with LIVE YouTube TV

GARAGE AND PARKING: The spacious garage has room for two vehicles. Half acre of parking. more vehicles can park in the driveway, and large trailers can turn around and park on this private property. Please do not black the dumpster.

OTHER AMENITIES: Large capacity washer and dryer. We provide you with an ample supply of amenities and toiletries, such as soaps, dish and laundry detergents, paper towels, and toilet paper. We do not re-stock during your stay. Stores are nearby if you need additional toiletries and amenities.

POOL is open Memorial Day through Labor Day. The pool may have water all year. No lifeguard on duty. Supervise the children.

CHECK IN/OUT: Check in/out is easy. There is no need to worry about losing keys. We will provide you with codes for the front door. Check-in time is 4:00 PM, and check-out time is 10:00 AM.

NO SMOKING. smoking/vaping is not allowed inside the home, patio, or garage.

It is located 8 miles south of the center of Moab, a quick ten minutes or less drive to town!
