Another amazing stay with Exclusive Retreats!

Exclusive Retreats has amazing customer service! Lots of informational texts leading up to our trip, texts checking on us throughout the stay, and clear chest instructions. We always felt connected and knew we could reach out if we needed anything. Desert Paradise is a beautiful home and perfect for large groups. It was well stocked with everything we needed—even the pantry had extra items! We especially enjoyed the pool after a hot day hiking the trails and golfing.

Everything went well and the property was as described in the listing. We had one incident with a bed which seem to have been broken when we arrived but as soon as we notified the host they fixed it in just a few hours and as far as I can tell,. they did not charge us which is really fair. The overall communication was very good and we got answers as soon as we asked them. We also had a small issue with a noise complaint before the quiet time (10PM) but we gladly accommodated the host and moved inside as it was already 9PM. Overall we had a great experience and unless I will be given a bad review due to the above incidents, me and the group had a lovely time and felt the house was very suitable for our group to celebrate my birthday and recommend it to others full heartedly.

Moab is a rugged, rural desert destination rather than a conventional city, and the surrounding area reflects that authentic character. We intentionally chose this location for its proximity to Arches and Canyonlands National Parks, along with the dramatic red rock cliffs and expansive, unobstructed views that surround the property. We had great fun here. The kids swam all day and at night we sat in the hot tub. The bbq was large and perfect for a lot of people. And the movie theatre downstairs was perfect. When the kids weren't in the pool they were watching movies and eating popcorn. We would definitely stay here again.

Very clean, great view and the hot tub was a plus.

The house accommodated all of our needs, pool table, pool, hot tub, many bed rooms with their own private bath.. The place was very clean and in a great location. Would definitely stay there again.

Great place for family gathering!

We had a family gathering for a birthday and this was a great house for it! Plenty of space for all and with the pool, game room and living areas everyone felt at home. Close enough to town to grab food and access to trails. Great communication with the host too! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We had a large group of utv’s with adults and kids. The house was a perfect place for everyone to relax after a long day on the trails. We did have a hard time opening the front door. It would never unlock. 5 different adults tried and no one was ever able to get the code to work. Whitney was very communicative and we were able to enter via a side door. There is construction on the property which was not bothersome. Someone is living in a camper at the back of the property who did not bother us, but I do not remember seeing that information in the listing. Overall, we had everything we needed and wanted and would stay here again.

Thanksgiving Reunion

Great property for our holiday family get together. Well stocked and clean and something for everyone to do. We enjoyed the hot tub, pool, game room, and theater. Great communication through out and questions/concerns were addressed quickly. Definitely would stay again and would recommend.

Thoroughly enjoyed the place. A garage or space to work indoors on our bikes while there would be great, the rest of the place was fantastic. Plenty of room. No issues whatsoever.

In general, great property. We were 8 adults, 3 children. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. Well-stocked kitchen. Pool and hot tub were a big hit. Neat and clean when we arrived. Recommended, would go again.

Desert Paradise was amazing

The accommodations fit all 14 of us perfectly. Everything we needed was provided. My husband and I opted for the lower master bedroom because it was cooler.

Relaxing, quiet, clean, great location

This is a large house and we were only 2 but enjoyed it. It was too windy and cool to enjoy outside amenities. Theatre room had big screen but hard to get it working. We would stay here again.

Perfect Place to Renew Old Friendships...

...and create new ones. This is a wonderful home to gather in. It's large enough for a big group to play together but also has ample space to provide moments of solitude. Everything you could ever need is provided and the hosts were amazingly responsive. The location is both gorgeous and convenient. 10 out of 10!

Great house with lots of room

Great house, the largest we have stayed in so far in Moab. Beware the number of beds is a little stretched, as there were portable fold-up beds. We were 12 people total and 4 slept on I IKEA beds that are ottomans that turn into beds. The rest of the place was great!

5 STARS PERFECT

The house provided for everything our group needed and Whitney was a super friendly and helpful host. Tons of thought and care poured throughout this home and it was perfect for our trip. From the heated pool to star gazing in the fire pit this home was perfect. Literally could not have asked for a better place. Will certainly stay here and probably book directly with Exclusive Retreats Moab next time to save on the fees!

Great house

Everything was great! Loved the stocked pantry with all the basics. Some of the mattresses have the worn sunken middle to them but we managed. Also the air conditioner could not keep the house cool but was manageable as well. Would rent it again.
