The Space:
This spacious 4 bedroom holiday villa can comfortably accommodate a large family or group of up to 10 guests.


- Home Features: 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, fully equipped kitchen, private screened-in pool, patio with outdoor furniture and spacious deck, WiFi, full size washer/dryer, dishwasher, central A.C., towels and bed linens, cable TV in living room, TVs in bedrooms.


- Downstairs:


-> Fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, blender, toaster, coffee maker, cooking utensils...), dining area with breakfast bar with additional seating, living room with a big flat screen smart TV, private screened in splash pool with covered lanai and patio furniture.


-> Bedroom 1: King size bed, flat screen TV.


 -> Bathroom 1: Toilet, shower, vanity with granite top.


- Upstairs:


-> Master Bedroom 1: King size bed, flat screen TV.


-> Master Bathroom 1: Combination tub/shower, toilet, dual vanity with granite top.


-> Bedroom 2: 1 full bed and 1 twin bed, flat screen TV.


-> Bathroom 2: shower, toilet, vanity with granite top.

*NOTE: POOL HEAT is OPTIONAL and is NOT INCLUDED in the rates shown on this website. Additional charge of $40 per night (can only be added for the entire stay). When pool heater is available.


*It is REQUIRED to be requested up to 24 hours prior to check-in date, if requested AFTER check-in there will be an extra $30 connection fee.


*The maximum temperature of the pool is between 90-94°F. We recommend pool heat from October through March, but note that during the winter the water does not heat up to its full capacity, therefore we will not reimburse due to weather conditions, as it is not a mechanical issue.


*GRILL rental: $95 including 1 propane refill and cleaning.


*THIS IS A SELF-CATERING PROPERTY. We only provide welcome amenities FIRST USE ONLY (shampoo, soap, dishwasher soap, sponge, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towel), you may provide your own supplies for the rest of your stay.


– HOUSEKEEPING:

There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by our check-in supervisor to ensure all cleaning and sanitizing protocols were applied.
We use a professional company for washing and sanitizing all linen. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit.
Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee. 1 bath and hand towel per guest, 1 bed sheet and comforter per bed. There is a laundry on-site. We don’t provide extra towels and don’t provide washcloths for sanitary reasons.


*As per Florida Law, we are not allowed to leave food items in the house for guests.


*ADDITIONAL CHARGES:


- $90 - each clogged toilet.


- $500 - smoking (inside and outside).


- $100 - each moved furniture.


- $350 - frozen AC (caused when the thermostat is lower than 72°F).


- If necessary, additional cleaning/trash will be charged.


- Resort Clubhouse Amenities: Lazy river, resort style heated pool, splash pad, play ground, fitness room, sports area (volleyball, basketball court, mini-golf, tiki bar, kayak).

*We are not responsible for third-party services such as TV/Internet, if there may be an outage in the area, it is not refundable since they are free for guests.
*Games in the game room may be under maintenance and are not refundable, since they are free for guests. 

- THE RESORT: Storey Lake is a new luxurious vacation community located just 4 miles from Disney, a few minutes from Universal-Sea World and the many water parks in the area. It is only 30 minutes from the Orlando International Airport


It is also very close to shopping areas such as the Millennia mall, Florida mall, and the outlets; top restaurants and the lovely town of Celebration inspired by Disney.
