About this space
Welcome to Casa Dei Fiori, The House of Flowers! This gem is a newly renovated 4 bed 1.5 bath house with all the charm & fully equipped to host your family dinners with fully stocked kitchen, serving platters, stemware and large dining room! Designed for conversations, cocktails and lots of food fit for the whole group (sleeps up to 10)!

This charmer is located on 10th street in the Little Italy hood, it gives you all the privacy with the quick WALK to to bars and restaurants in minutes!

Case Dei Fiori is an LGBTQIA+ friendly and safe place; All our welcome always!

With a large porch for people watching and porch sitting, the first impression is a good one. The house sits back and up from the side walk so it feels extra private. You walkthrough the historic tiled entry to a newly restored interior. With all new paint, bathrooms, restored hardwood floors and more. There's a great entry way with built in bench and a half bath that's just off the main family room. Large living room with a TV and flows into a very large dining room. Next is the dining room is a back sunroom with a dedicated workspace/yoga room and has lot's of light! Take your conference call in privacy! The kitchen is a small galley style but has everything you need and has gotten a fresh new makeover with new countertops, floors, etc. You can still host a large group in the space. The large yard gives you privacy in the heart of the city!


All 4 bedrooms are upstairs on the second level (two rooms with queen beds & two with full beds) with a full bath that will be newly renovated and equipped with everything you'll need. The layout is perfect for a family. The rooms are closely laid out so you can keep a close eye out if you need to. Large windows in all the bedrooms give you all that afternoon light. Sleeps up to 10 with blow up mattress.

This house is the ultimate entertainment house with all the fixings to throw a dinner party. We have a dining room table and platting/glassware for 12 people. We would be happy to host your friends and family.

Come relax on the porch swing and enjoy explore Omaha on feet steps away from one of the most sought after neighborhoods Little Italy!
Guest access

Guests will have access to all parts of the property, including the basement where the laundry is located.

Other things to note
-STREET PARKING ONLY! The spot right in front of the house has fire hydrant but there is plenty of street parking on 10th Street. No driveway.
-WHILE WE DO ALLOW CHILDREN, NOTE THAT THIS HOME HAS LOTS OF GLASSWARE AND KNICK KNACKS LAYING AROUND, SO KIDS WILL NEED TO BE SUPERVISED. MORE SUITED FOR OLDER CHILDREN.

Our family all stayed together in Casa Do Fiori for our grandsons wedding at the Vintage Ballroom. The house was perfect and everyone loved it. We went to Sons of Italy on Thursday and had pasta. What a neighborhood full of history.

Clean house in walking distance from down town

The property was clean and stocked with everything we needed. The walk to down town was just about 5 min saving us from having to park whenever we wanted to go down.

great location

This house was perfect for our stay. Bedrooms were all very comfortable. plenty of towels for all the guests. the house is very cozy. Many "extras" including coffee, creamer, and spices made using the kitchen very nice. easy walk to restaurants or short uber ride made the location perfect.

Charming

This house made our trip to Omaha just perfect! The location was key- simple and close to many of the places we wanted to go. The house itself was charming, enchanted and spacious- plenty of space for gathering as well as alone time for everyone. The house had everything we needed well stocked and beautifully decorated. At the end of our stay, the kids didn’t want to leave! We will definitely stay again if we return to Omaha!

Family of 6 came down for graduation. The home amonce walked in felt so welcoming and cozy. When I said everything is already is in the home. You just need to groceries.As travel advisor I will highly recommend to my cleints alao.
