At the Tipsea Crab, take a break from the hectic pace of everyday life and visit the town of Rock Hall on the Chesapeake Bay. Our well maintained Cape Cod is located in the coveted neighborhood Waterman's Estates in Rock Hall. Enjoy a walkable lifestyle with the docks of Rock Hall Harbor just a few blocks away along with the shops and restaurants on the town's Main Street. Walk from the covered front porch in to a comfortable open floor plan sporting hardwood and smart controls including temperature control and keyless entry. The gourmet kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, island, and glass sliding doors out to the spacious deck. Take advantage of one floor living with a full bathroom, laundry and 2 bedrooms one with king the other with a queen . Upstairs you find 2 more generous sized bedrooms both with two queen beds each flooded with natural light along with another well appointed bathroom. The rear yard is perfect for creating memories either on the pristine wood deck, grassy fenced yard, or gravel fire pit lounge area overlooking the community pond (pond for viewing, not swimming). So many things to do go sailing , fishing, biking , or to the family friendly beach , hike or explore the local Eastern Wildlife Refuge.

We have 2 security cameras on the exterior corner of the house which monitor the front and side entrances when the house is vacant.

This house was perfect for my family!! It was only minutes away from where we wanted to go. The amenities were amazing. The fenced yard was great for our dog. Lots of room for everyone inside and out!!

We were very thankful for this house in being pet friendly! The extra comforts of having a thermostat to control temps separately for upstairs and downstairs was luxurious. The Home is clean and very cute! Location is great as well as it is minutes to everything in the car and on a quiet cul-de-sac.

Great spot for our family get-together

My family had a great stay. My sister and nephew drove down from CT, my aunt and cousins came from DE and we drove up from VA. Perfect location. We could walk around the cute town, BBQ on the deck, play games and ride bikes.

Perfect Little Home

Adorable cottage, packed with amenities!!!! Plenty of sleeping space. We loved relaxing on the back porch in this very peaceful neighborhood. Central located to all the town has to offer.

A perfect relaxing vacation spot

It was our first time staying in Rock Hall and this Cozy cottage was perfect! We vacationed with family ranging in all ages and it was enjoyed by all (even our dog). The neighborhood was cute, the view was great, and the location was close to everything! I truly have no complaints and we look forward to vacationing here again!

If you’re interested in visiting Rock Hall, and you’re lucky enough to find your week is available, don’t miss staying at The TIPSEACRAB. The property is beautiful, a very well built home and the owners go out of their way to make you feel welcome and special. We brought our puppy and he loved going on walks and lounging around. You’ll love this place too!

This property was very nicely decorated and the cleanliness is a big thing for me and it was so clean ease of checking in having the towels and sheets already there and a very nice little basket when we got there we definitely stay here again
