This waterfront 4 BR, 2 1/2 BA Private house in the town of Rock Hall has been recently renovated. Its newest addition is an outdoor Hot Tub, perfect for a weekend getaway or week long vacation. Enjoy watching the sailboats going by while enjoying a relaxing evening. Fun in all seasons. Or in the summer months take a dip in the pool. Decking and railings have been remodeled to give an expansive view of the water. It has 300' pier with 4' MWD in Swan Creek, a private pool and the best sunsets to enjoy on the deck or with cocktails relaxing under the shade trees. Kayaks, bikes and more are provided for your entertainment. Walk or bike to town and enjoy restaurants and shops. A great property for a family vacation off the Chesapeake Bay.

The space
“On the Rocks” is a waterfront property with 300’ pier on Swan Creek with 4-5’ MLW. Located in the heart of Rock Hall. Bike, walk, or drive to restaurants and shops in the Waterfront town of Rock Hall. The above ground 4' deep pool is great for the kids, or "big kids" to enjoy. Lots of yard space to play games such as corn hole or just relax in a lounge chair. Enjoy fabulous sunsets from the house or sitting in an Adirondack chair on the pier. You're welcome to tie your boat up at the dock and it can be launched easily at a nearby public landing or you may arrive by boat. Fishing and crabbing can be done from the dock, or venture out in a Kayak and explore Swan Creek or Tavern Creek. Recently added electric fireplaces in living room and master BR.
One well behaved dog is welcome with a $125 pet fee, please ask.

Very comfortable home on the water, with a long pier that was great for fishing. Kayaking around the marinas was great with lots of ospreys and geese. Close to a small beach perfect for young children. Loved the pool and hot tub, and all the water toys.

Wonderful and quiet part of town on the bay for a vacation. Beautiful views and a great variety of activities on site. Pet friendly and great upstairs space for the teenagers. Host is clear and responsive. Main bedroom is beautiful with great bay view. Worked from the property and had great WiFi. Town is easily bike able from the home.

This was a family vacation. We loved the house and all its amenities! Everything we could think of was there. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and were happy to have it as the jelly fish have arrived! We fished, road bikes, played corn hole and had a crab fest on the back deck and steaks on the grill. The beds were comfortable, plenty of towels and kitchen equipment. The view is just gorgeous and the sunsets amazing. We had a fun tiki boat cruise with Captain Dave of Haven Charters. I also found Diane and Geoff very responsive. A fantastic time was had by all!! I highly recommend and would come back!

The house and property was beautiful. The weather could have been better but we still got to use the Hot tub. The small town was easy to walk or take a bike too. The dock was great for fishing and crabbing. My grandson loved it. Also both my grandchildren loved the Kyating. The dog loved the property for running and swimming. It was a great experience.

Great stay for a long weekend, with lots of amenities like fishing poles, and kayaks. The tide rises so be careful leaving anything near the water. We accidentally lost a kayak but the owner was very gracious in posting on the neighborhood app to help find it. The pool wasn't open when we were there, as we weren't in season, but we enjoyed the hot tub and yard. Adorable town with friendly people. The house was clean, and had the tvs set up with all the apps. You can tap to get on the wifi which was a nice convenience. Overall a great trip and host.

Little slice of heaven on the Chesapeake. Great long weekend getaway with our 2 college age kids! Excellent location! Great for family getaway with kids of all ages! Walkable/short bike ride into town! Fantastic property! Great communication with host! Property exactly as appears on line! Well stocked kitchen! Grill on back deck . Comfortable beds! Great assortment of board games/backyard games /water toys! Fishing was great right off the dock! A little too early in the season for crabbing but crab traps as well! Took the kayaks out of the cove and into the bay! So fun ! Sunset views from hot tub and back deck amazing!!We will definitely be back !

Amazing getaway with family

We had an awesome time at the property. The pool and jacuzzi are great for the family to play together. The house has board games and toys for the little ones, plus bikes to explore the little town. We will definitely be back.

Great property for relaxing vacation

On The Rocks is a very accommodating rental! The pool and hot tub were relaxing, use of kayaks and paddle board was amazing, and the pier was huge. The back yard was perfect for our family wiffle ball game. Hammocks were very comfy. Inside, the beds were very comfortable, kitchen was fully stocked, and everything was clean. We will be back!

Great Weekend Getaway

We celebrated our anniversary and our grandchildren and Mom and Dad joined us for the weekend. Very comfortable-not super fancy which was perfect for us. Great supplies in home and hot tub was a nice addition.
