Rinse Off Sand: Please use the outdoor shower before entering the pool or house to prevent clogged drains and filters.

Makeup Removal: Only use black makeup towels or wipes. Do not flush wipes—dispose of them in the trash bins.

Cleaning & Trash: Cleaning supplies and extra trash bags are under the sinks. Full trash bags should be placed in the bins at the curb (near the front gate).

Energy Conservation: Turn off A/C units when leaving to help prevent strain on Puerto Rico’s power grid.

Power Outages: A backup generator will turn on automatically within a minute. If it doesn’t, call me—it’s an easy manual start (big green button!). While on generator power, only use essential A/C units to extend fuel life.

Umbrella Usage: Please always close the umbrella and cover it when you are finished using it. It can get very windy in the backyard so this will protect it from breaking under the strain over time.

Quiet Hours: The property is in a residential neighborhood, as such our quiet hours outside are from 9pm - 9am so as not to disturb our neighbors.
