This property was very close to every kind of shopping store, and to various restaurants. It is also about 5 miles to two different beaches. I would definitely stay here again.

Great fun stay

We had a great time staying here. Our kids enjoyed the game room and the private pool.It was a also a good location to get onto the Island.

Twin Palms - Great Property

Wonderful, tastefully updated property, close to the beaches, grocery stores, and food spots.Spent a 10 days at the house and hated leaving for how much we loved the place!

Loved this house, everything like it was in their post. Recently renewed, everything looks new, my kids enjoy the private pool, will definetely come back to this place.

Well stocked beautiful home!

Beautiful home in a great location! Had tons of towels! Comfy beds, nice amount of beach supplies, dishes, storage, and space! Would rent again!

Absolutely perfect

This rental property was amazing ! Just a short 15 minute drive to AMI or 28 minutes to Siesta Keys . It was clean ,beautiful and had so many things for our children to do while at the house. I would highly recommend this place to anyone ! The beds were comfy ,the pool was so nice after a day spent on the beach ,and so many games available. We really enjoyed our stay here .

Wonderful Home, great amenities

This house was perfect for our group. The living area was ample to accommodate our party of 6 adults as was the dining area and kitchen counter. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed for our stay. The outdoor area was great. We loved the pool & hot tub, the outdoor shower, BBQ and everything was clean and well maintained, including pool towels! We enjoyed the games room and had lots of fun in there and all the beach equipment was super handy as we flew in, so were not able to bring out our cart/chairs/tent etc. a fantastic place which we will return to.

Very nice property, exactly like the pictures. Only feedback is owner should leave instructions for Italian induction cooktop. No knobs, buttons or anything intuitive about it. I spent several hours on internet looking for info explaining how to turn it on. Never could find identical model, but found enough similar ones to piece it together. Did not use pool since it wasn’t warm enough, but used patio and hot tub. Kitchen well equipped and plenty of towels and linens. Arrived 15 minutes before 4 pm checkin and could not get in. Quick call to rental company solved the problem.

House was amazing, very clean, spacious and organized. We traveled with our family to spend 4th of July. If you are planning to use the pool(as we did) I don’t recommend this house and that’s the main reason we will never go back there, there is a neighbor who was very disrespectful with our family at any time of the day just because our kids were playing in the pool and making “noise”He knocked at our door and yelled bad words to our kids through the backyard many times, he also fought with his wife all the time and it was pretty scary and last but not least he was racist and xenophobic just because he assumed our family didn’t speak English( bad luck for him because we do)It is such a shame that people like him ruin guest’s stay with that kind of behavior. Ownership should manage this kind of situation and behavior otherwise a family rental shouldn’t be located in that neighborhood. We spoke to others neighbors and they told us the guy does the same thing every time
