Other things to note
***Please note that while there is ongoing construction near this building, this condo remains unaffected by construction noise. However, as with any vibrant Mexican neighborhood, you may hear typical city sounds such as traffic, tour buses, barking dogs, and occasional festivities.

You will be required to agree to a condominium consent form. Any violation of the condominium rules may attract a fine of $250 USD or more.

Please be advised that short-term renters are not permitted to invite outside guests to the common areas of the property. These spaces are reserved exclusively for registered guests to ensure the comfort and privacy of all residents.

Smoking/vaping is strictly prohibited inside the condo unit, on the balcony, and throughout the entire building.
Midweek housekeeping is included for stays of 7 nights or more. Renters must be at least 25 years old. Not suitable for children under 10 years of age. Children of 10 years or older are welcome.
Supplies are provided to begin your stay, if you run out it is your responsibility to replace them. Beach equipment including beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent.

There are plants on the property, and to keep everything looking great, our gardener visits every Friday for about 20 minutes, any time between 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m., to tend to them.
